Sonja Morgan is starting a new chapter.

The 60-year-old revealed that she has officially moved out of her iconic New York City townhouse after living there for 27 years.

In her video - set to Billie Eilish's What Was I Made For? - Sonja captured Piece of Cake Moving & Storage employees packing up her belongings.

Another clip showed the Crappie Lake star brushing her teeth, with the words 'end of an era' flashing across the screen.

'Reflecting on the wonderful memories created in our cherished townhouse—from raising my daughter to hosting unforgettable dinner parties and of course filming iconic "Real Housewives" scenes,' Sonja wrote on Instagram Friday. 'This stately brownstone has been a cornerstone of me and family’s life, a beautiful sanctuary filled with laughter and love.'

The Real Housewives of New York City alum added what's next for her, sharing, 'Now, as I prepare to embrace a new chapter, I feel lighter and ready to return to my roots as an artist, with more time to be the creative individual I am. #ImanArtist.'

'I am excited to pass on this magnificent home to its next owner, who will undoubtedly create their own wonderful memories here,' the socialite concluded her post. 'Please comment below your favorite scene on #RHONY at the townhouse?'

And fans did just that. 

'Followers flocked to the comments section, sharing their favorite memories of seeing her beloved Upper East Side property on their screens for 12 seasons. 

'This is sad,' one user wrote, 'The best RONY memory is when LuAnn was living there,' while another chimed in, 'I loved the portrait reveal party!! Classic @sonjatmorgan.'

Rounding out the touching throwbacks, one follower shared a lengthy response to Sonja's question.

'All the parties, all the events all the moments of Sonja with the girls will remain in my Bravo RHONY heart,' they gushed. 'From the opera singer performing on the main floor, to the psychic in the dining room (by the way my favorite wallpaper with the portraits to the ladies lunching in the yard, facials on the terrace & Lu living upstairs, it truly is an end to an era. It was an epic ride & nobody brought there more than Soni. Love u girl! U are truly a legend.'

In a follow-up post, Sonja documented herself finding one of her koi fish dead, telling the person filming that she didn't have time to take the fish to the crematory now and would have to keep him in the freezer until later.

The reality star then scooped up the deceased fish with a net before asking the movers if they could take him and the rest of the fish on the truck with them.

Sonja explained that she got her fish from Connecticut over 20 years ago, and they mean a lot to her.

On the topic of fish, the clip showed the entrepreneur telling the workers, 'One time I found a goldfish in the toaster. Unfortunately my daughter found it.'

'I don't know if she has PTSD from it,' Sonja continued. 'Some guys from the hedge fund were here partying, and they thought they'd be like, you know, the wolves of Wall Street, so they were like, "Arg! I'm going to eat your goldfish!" and so my daughter made toast and it popped out.'

Her daughter Quincy Morgan commented beneath the Instagram, 'Mom the fish can’t go on the truck.'

The 4,650-square-foot, five-story home - which sold for $4.45 million - was first listed in May, and boasts six bedrooms, a sauna and gym as well as a secret elevator. 

On a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, Sonja told host Andy Cohen, 'Every time I would list it, I would rent it because I’d have to pay the bills every month. This time I said, "Auction it. I want out. I want a finite time. I am out."'

At the time of the listing, Paulina Kimbel, VP of business development at Concierge Auction told People about the property, 'Set within the embrace of one of New York's most iconic tree-lined blocks, this home is more than just a residence; it's the pinnacle of refined living.'

Sonja also made a statement about the auction, telling the New York Post, 'This townhouse has been our cherished home for decades. In addition to raising my daughter here, we entertained heads of state, royalty, luminaries and Fortune 500 CEOs.'

She added: 'Many memories were made over the years, including hosting my daughter’s friends from boarding school and university, and so many noteworthy moments were filmed by NBC for Bravo and Peacock TV. Now, as an empty nester, I am ready to share this turnkey, easy-to-manage jewel over to someone new to enjoy as we did.'
