Jessica Biel throws herself into character as she films The Better Sister with Elizabeth Banks in NYC - weeks after husband Justin Timberlake's DWI arrest

Jessica Biel threw herself into character as she continued filming the Amazon Prime Video series The Better Sister in New York City on Thursday.

The actress, 42 - whose husband Justin Timberlake was recently arrested for DWI - was spotted on the set with co-star Elizabeth Banks, 50.

Makeup artists were on hand getting the women camera-ready, and a camera crew also appeared to be capturing the stars in character.

Biel was seen in a familiar looking costume - a green tank top and tan chinos with a sweater draped over her shoulders. She was previously seen wearing the same outfit while shooting the show last month.

Her costume was accessorized with stylish sunglasses, layers of gold necklaces and a chic taupe purse.

Elizabeth donned a floral print button down paired with fitted black jeans, leather shoes, and a bag looped across her body.

Ever the pros, the women stood still as their makeup team gave their look a finishing touch.

The Better Sister is an adaptation of the 2019 novel of the same name by Alafair Burke.

The series is being produced by Amazon Prime Video and follows 'Chloe (Biel), who moves through the world with her handsome lawyer husband Adam (Corey Stoll) and teenage son Ethan by her side while her estranged sister Nicky (Banks) hustles to make ends meet while trying to stay clean,' per an official description.

'When Adam is brutally murdered, the prime suspect sends shockwaves through the family, laying bare long-buried secrets.'

Jessica is an executive producer under her Iron Ocean Films label and Elizabeth also is an executive producer through her Brownstone Productions.

The latest sighting comes several weeks after Jessica's husband Justin was arrested for a DWI in The Hamptons.

Justin was arrested on June 18 around 12:30 a.m. when a Sag Harbor Village Police Department officer stopped him in the village in New York's Hamptons after he allegedly ran a stop sign and veered out of his lane while driving a 2025 BMW X7, according to a court document.

'His eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests,' the court papers said.

The so-called 'Prince of Pop' told the officer he had one martini and was following some friends home, according to the documents. After being arrested and taken to a police station in nearby East Hampton, he refused a breath test, said the court papers, which listed his occupation as 'professional' and said he's 'self-employed.'

The 10-time Grammy winner was released without bond later in the morning after being arraigned in Sag Harbor. He was charged with a driving-while-intoxicated misdemeanor, and his next court date was scheduled for July 26, the Suffolk County district attorney's office said.

A bartender at the hotel confirmed to People that the singer only consumed one drink before the arrest.

Another employee told the publication: 'If he was drinking more, it wasn't here.'

Justin appeared to make light of the legal controversy shortly afterwards.

During his concert in Boston last month, he appeared unphased by the arrest as he seemingly cracked a joke about the situation.

In video posted on social media, Justin could be seen asking the crowd: 'Is there anyone here tonight that is driving... nah, just kidding!' The crowd quickly reacted with cheers and laughter.

The arrest does not seemed to have impacted his life too gravely as the Social Network star and his wife have already reportedly moved past the incident.

'They've moved on from the arrest. They have faith in their legal team and continue to focus on work and their family instead,' a source told People.
