Shannon Beador had a blowout fight with Alexis Bellino on Thursday's season premiere of The Real Housewives of Orange County on Bravo.

The blowup happened when Shannon, 60, pulled Alexis, 47, aside at a party and asked her to go outside and have a chat after Alexis started dating Shannon's ex John Janssen who split with her shortly after Shannon was arrested for DUI.

Shannon immediately reminded Alexis about how her ex-husband Jim sued her for three years and how she lost $300,000 defending herself. Alexis reminded her she wasn't involved in her ex-husband's lawsuit.

'I know this is uncomfortable for both of us when you're the ex and I'm the new,' Alexis said.

'You sent Tamra [Judge] and I a cease and desist letter,' Shannon continued.

'Move on,' Alexis said. 'I think what the real issue is here is that I have your ex-boyfriend. That's what the real issue is. So move on. We are moving forward in this relationship.'

Shannon thanked her for taking John.

'And I'm thankful that he left you!' Alexis said.

'F*** her,' Shannon said after Alexis walked off.

The season 18 premiere episode titled 'Exes and OCs' opened on September 7, 2023, with clips from Shannon at the last reunion getting angry with the other housewives accusing them of saying that she needed rehab. Then, 10 days after the reunion, the news reported on September 17 that Shannon drove her car into a home and was arrested for DUI & Hit-and-run.

Shannon had moved into a rental in Corona Del Mar where she said she could walk to the beach every day. Shannon said she was an empty nester and her daughters had moved on to college. She broke down when her daughters visited, saying she was so humiliated after what happened.

'We're glad that you're okay and that no one was hurt,' her daughter Stella, 18, said.

'On the night of the DUI I drove to John's house, stupidly,' Shannon said in a confessional. 'We got into a big argument and he said, ''You're a drunken idiot. Don't get into your car.'' But I got in an accident seconds later because I revved up the engine so he could know how mad I was and I lost control of the car. Immediately.'

Shannon told her daughters that she had never broken a bone, had a concussion, been in an accident or been arrested, or had a DUI and 'I did all that in 10 seconds.'

She admitted to feeling upset that she hadn't heard from some people even after the news broke that John was dating Alexis, a former cast member of RHOC.

'I don't want John in my life anymore,' Shannon said. 'But for him to be publicly displaying his relationship right now, so quickly after we ended things, it's hurtful.'

In a confessional, Shannon said the last day she spoke to John was 10 days after her DUI when he called her and said he was cutting ties with her and 'you've ruined my life and you've ruined my family's lives because of the publicness of who you are.'

Shannon said six days later he started dating Alexis.

'He's an embarrassment to this family,' Stella said. 'I'm currently filled with rage thinking about him.'

Tamra, 56, Jenn Pedranti, 47, and Emily Simpson, 48, met at the gym. Emily revealed that over the course of a year she had lost 40 pounds.

'It was a little Ozempic,' Emily said. 'It was some liposuction on my arms. And it was busting my ass in the gym. And then it becomes obsessive because I just don't want myself to slip back into old habits.'

Tamra said she had already seen Shannon put alcohol into her Diet Coke.

'Try and figure out what is going on in your life,' Tamra said in a confessional. 'Stop drinking.'

Tamra reminded them that Alexis's ex-husband Jim Bellino sued her and Shannon for defamation in 2018. Tamra said the case had been closed and she couldn't talk about it.

'We both lost a lot of money,' Tamra said. 'Shannon lost $300,000 and I lost $500,000.'

Tamra said Alexis told her she had no involvement in that.

Heather Dubrow, 55, and Terry Dubrow, 65, showed contractors around their new Beverly Hills house that they bought for $16 million after selling their other house for $55 million.

'This house we are going to take down to the studs,' Heather said.

Heather calculated they would spend $32 million redoing it. Heather told him that she was going to throw a party at the Bay Club and it was time for a fresh start with the ladies.

Gina Kirschenheiter went over to Emily's house to have dinner and said she felt that Shannon should have gone to rehab. Gina shared she was having difficulties with her boyfriend Travis and that they needed to try to live separately.

Jenn went out to dinner with her boyfriend Ryan Boyajian and said she was stressed because of always struggling to pay the rent due to her divorce still being ongoing. Ryan said she should just move in with him.

Heather went out to dinner with Emily and Alexis. Emily asked Alexis about the ring that John bought her.

'November 18th is the day that John Janssen walked into my life,' Alexis said in a confessional. 'We tried to fight the feelings. After week two, John and I knew that was it. I don't know Shannon, not friends with Shannon. And unfortunately, your heart wants what it wants.'

'You have to understand that for the past three years Shannon has been telling me nothing except that he never pays for anything, he takes advantage of me,' Emily said.

'Do you trust a drunk who just got a DUI?' Alexis said. 'You've never heard John's side.'

Shannon went to see her lawyer who reminded her that she was sentenced to three years of probation.

He also pointed out that if she successfully completes probation, they could petition the court to let them withdraw her plea of no contest, enter a plea of not guilty and get her case dismissed.

Shannon got ready to go to Heather's party. She said she decided to go because she didn't want to look weak. 

Gina brought her new friend Katie Ginella, 40, a new housewife, to the party. 

Katie said she was introduced to Gina through Sutton Stracke.

Katie Ginella, 40, a new housewife, came to the party

Gina said she had been helping Jenn out after she called her saying she needed to be out of her house in a week. 

She said she vouched for her at the new place and now she was coped on emails about Jenn being behind in the rent.

Emily shared how she had lunch with Shannon where she told her she would still have a drink or two.

The Real Housewives of Orange County will return next Thursday on Bravo.
