Brooke Burke has posed in a bright green two piece bathing suit on the beach in Malibu.

The 52-year-old Playboy pinup looked better than ever with strong abs, sculpted legs and shapely arms as she wore her long hair down with hoop earrings on.

The brunette beauty has focused on wellness after a flourishing career as a TV host and model; she appeared on Rock Star, Wild On! and Dancing With The Stars.

This sighting comes after she made rare comments about being let go from the dance competition show. She said she found it 'shocking' and 'disappointing' when she was fired from Dancing With the Stars.

The cover girl landed the presenting role in season 10. But she left in 2014 ahead of the 18th season of the show and though she had reached the point where she'd 'had enough' of the program, she was still stunned by her dismissal.

Speaking on Getting Grilled with Curtis Stone Brooke hailed her presenting stint as an 'amazing experience'. She added: 'It was a good ride.'

Asked how she felt about leaving the show, she laughed: 'Getting fired, you mean?'

But Curtis then quizzed his guest on whether she felt it was time to go at that point and she had mixed feelings.

She said: 'It's a really good question. I probably had enough, but then when you leave something and you think you've had enough, you kind of, in hindsight, look back and want a little bit more.

'As a host, when you're on a live show, it was a long time and I think I was ready to do other things.

'But I think it's shocking when there's a change in our business, just to humanise it, to be honest, to be vulnerable. I think it was really disappointing.

'I wasn't expecting it, not that we can ever have a plan in Hollywood, 'cause you know we can't. Things change like that for a variety of reasons.

'It was for sure time for a number of reasons on both sides, but, yeah, I think that kind of changes. It's always a bummer.'

Brooke - who won the show in 2008 with Derek Hough - presented DWTS with Tom Bergeron, who was fired in 2020 after 15 years at the helm, and she praised her 'flawless' former co-host.

She gushed: 'He was an amazing host. He was a great co-host. He's so brilliant. So funny. so freaking smart.

'And I always give him credit because he was one of those men that really knows how to be a partner.

'No ego, at all. He's flawless, in my opinion. But he always welcomed me and made space for me. And he was a great partner. And not everybody knows how to do that, especially in our town.'

In December Brooke talked to DailyMail.com about getting enough rest.

'You have to sleep at least eight hours a night,' shared the Maxim cover girl.

'You can get by on less, for example seven hours is OK, but eight is better because sleep allows your body to restore itself.'

She also noted that eight hours of sleep is bliss. 'It's basic and keeps you looking young,' she shared.

According to the Center For Disease Control and Prevention, eight hours a night is a good sleep target adding 'good sleep quality is also essential,' the site shared meaning not waking up constantly from noise like snoring is vital.

This comes after the star talked to DailyMail.com about diet to plug her 21-Day Fitness Challenge.

She discussed the joys of intermittent fasting, which is becoming increasingly popular. It means eating in an eight hour window and then not eating for the remaining 16 hours in a day.

'It’s a simple yet powerful concept: confine eating to an 8-hour window and fast for the remaining 16 hours of the day,' Brooke told DailyMail.com.

'For example, if you eat dinner at 7 pm, your next meal will be at 11:00 am the next morning,' she explained.

'This timing cycle essentially tricks your body into burning stored fat.

'During a “fasted state” – the hours when your body is not consuming or digesting any food – your body doesn’t have a recently consumed meal to use as energy, so it pulls energy from the fat stored in your body instead.

'Intermittent fasting trains your body to consume food more efficiently and to burn fat as fuel.

'Fasting can leave you feeling hungry or fatigued, but by bridging the time with your regular sleep cycle, it is much easier to embrace.

And she talked Mindful Mondays.

'Start each week by taking time – before your schedule gets busy – to calm and cleanse your mind as well as your body.

'Whether you practice yoga, meditation, or even simple breathwork, the important thing is that you find a way to center yourself, focus your intentions, and make conscious choices about the week ahead.

'Mondays are the perfect days to “Go Green” with fresh, delicious, and nutritious veggies and fruits.

'Check out your local farmer’s market or organic food store and stock up.

'Here are just a few examples of mostly plant-based meals that are simple, fresh, and light. There’s no reason to go hungry when you fuel your body with crunchy vegetables, healthy soups, hot green tea, and plenty of water.'

'One of my favorite meals is a junks salad,' she told DailyMail.com.

'It is a funny name I came up with for a salad I make at home that includes whatever is in my fridge. I will use chicken from the night before or salmon, veggies I happen to have like broccoli or tomatoes, and maybe even seeds and nuts, I just add it all in.'

And she explained she makes her own healthy dressing. 'I will mix olive oil, which is good fat, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, lemon in a mason jar so it keeps,' she noted.

It takes three weeks to establish a new habit, she said, which is exactly the length of her new 21-Day Fitness Challenge. 'And one of the healthy habits we’ll be creating is a daily meditation practice. Trust me on this one, the mind and body benefits are incredible.'

'In the space of stillness, you will find your strength. Make meditation a habit. Forming new habits is easier than we think. We actually do it all the time.

'When school starts, we shift our morning schedule to get everyone ready on time. When our kids’ extracurricular activities change, we adjust our afternoon routine to manage new pick-ups and drop-offs. We don’t give it much thought... when we are meeting other people’s needs.

'Perhaps the reason we so easily accommodate change for others, but not ourselves, is because we view self-care as optional. That’s where we need to shift our mindset.

In just three weeks, she said anyone can replace unhealthy habits with healthy ones.

'We can reshape our bodies and reconnect with our authentic ourselves. We can fold fitness into our daily routine and discover the power of nutritious (and delicious) food. And we can embrace mindful meditation that will help us stay centered and focused.

'Give yourself three weeks and experience the magic of meditation, mindfulness. The new 21-Day Fitness Challenge is the ideal program to reach your summer health and wellness goals, focusing on both fitness and mindfulness. It is about new beginnings and letting go of old patterns.'

The program includes workouts, recipes, meditation, and other tips.

She will be marrying her longtime fiancé Scott Rigsby in 2024, she revealed exclusively to DailyMail.com. And the Dancing With The Stars veteran also shared that she will not be wearing a white wedding gown during her big day.

'I already did white,' the fitness expert shared with DailyMail.com. 'I might be a bit daring as I am looking at fun colors. I was thinking more of a nude tone, I am really into nude tones these days, they are so elegant,' the TV host added.
