Dua Lipa fans hoping to bag tickets to the pop star's highly-anticipated upcoming tour have been left 'fuming' after claiming they were unable to purchase tickets due to card payment issues.
It comes as the pop star announced on Friday that she was adding a second Wembley date, after selling out the first one in just minutes.
However, some of those hoping to be lucky for round two, say they were instead faced with a problem when they reached the checkout.
While many of the One Kiss hitmaker's followers have shared their joy at being able to nab some of the coveted tickets, others have taken to social media to complain about the process.
Confused fans took to X (formerly Twitter) to pen: 'Got through for tickets but wouldn't accept any cards!! What's going on!!'

However, some fans quickly realised that the reason their payment methods were not working was because some tickets were reserved for people with specific cards.
One user claimed: 'So, figured this out (too late!) by checking Ticketmaster's replies and you can't get AMEX (American Express) tickets unless you have an AMEX credit card, which is just utterly ridiculous. So that's probably why you can't buy them!'
Another stressed used tweeted: '@TicketmasterUK card not allowed?!,' to which their official account replied: 'Hi please note that if you are choosing AMEX tickets these need to be purchased with an AMEX card. Thanks!'
