Colin Jost reacts to watching wife Scarlett Johansson in 'montage of kisses' with co-stars Matt Damon, Bradley Cooper, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Penelope Cruz (and more!)

Colin Jost has revealed his hilarious reaction to watching wife Scarlett Johansson in a 'montage of kisses' with her famous co-stars.

The SNL star, 42, who wed Lost In Translation actress Johansson, 39, in 2020, recalled the memorable moment he watched a steamy clip of his wife's onscreen liplocks - as well as seeing her film romantic scenes for latest film Fly Me To The Moon with love interest Channing Tatum.

Johansson has notably enjoyed onscreen romances with stars including Jonathan Rhys Meyers (Match Point), Bradley Cooper (He's Just Not That Into You), Matt Damon (We Bought A Zoo) Ewan McGregor (The Island), Hugh Jackman (Scoop) and Penelope Cruz (Vicky Cristina Barcelona.)

Speaking to The New York Times about whether seeing Johansson kiss other people on screen made him jealous, he said: 'I think if I was, at this point, I’d be in trouble.'

'When Scarlett won the American Cinematheque Award, we were there and one of the things that night was a whole montage of kisses. I was like: "OK, there you go. I’m glad someone put it together in one package."'

Jost and Johansson share son Cosmo - who will turn three in August - and Jost lauded his partner for being a 'great mom' to their toddler and Scarlett's daughter Rose, nine, who she shares with ex-husband Romain Dauriac.

He said: 'I think part of the reason I fell in love with her is she’s a great mom. I’ve known Rose, my stepdaughter, since she was 2. It’s weird. You get to actually preview someone as a mom.'

He said of her life outside of fame: 'She goes to the supermarket. She’s just very good at wearing a hat and she keeps moving. She is able to stay a little under the radar, but she’s able to do all these everyday things and enjoy them, too.'

Earlier this month Johansson opened up about Jost making a cameo in Fly Me To The Moon.

She told Jimmy Kimmel that director Greg Berlanti was a 'huge fan' of Colin.

'And Colin's, like, I think he had to do it because it's like in our prenuptial agreement. If I have to do something, he has to be there to support me,' Scarlett said prompting Jimmy to burst into laughter.

Jimmy asked Scarlett if runs lines with Colin, referring to the practice of rehearsing dialog with someone.

'I run lines with him, which is great. You'd think that would be very convenient because you have a a partner there to help you out, you can learn your lines, you know, for tomorrow, whatever,' Scarlett said.

'You don't want any performance,' chimed in Jimmy.

'No. I'm like, just say the lines,' Scarlett said.
