Former wild child Lily Allen was spotted relaxing with a friend while kayaking on a wholesome girls' trip to British Columbia on Wednesday.
The singer, 39, shared a series of snaps on Instagram for her 1.6million followers showing off her wilderness adventure with pal and creative director Olivia Singer.
In the photos, the singer was seen embracing her calmer side as she kayaked on a lake and wandered through a forest.
Wearing minimal makeup and simple jewellery, the wild child donned a black cap and life jacket as she shared a selfie.
In another snap the Smile singer bared her teeth at the camera in a close up before sharing a photo of her friend Olivia relaxing in her kayak, enjoying a vape while bobbing on the water.

Lily appeared to be enjoying a tranquil holiday as she gave fans a glimpse of the landscape with snaps of birds perching in trees and a quiet quayside shop as well as the cosy cabin she appeared to be staying in.
In another photo, shared as part of her Instagram dump, the singer posed in front of a harbour with small boats and clear blue water before showing off some Native Canadian artwork.
The star captioned the post: 'I ♥️ British Columbia, best road trip from Tofino to Alert Bay.'.
Olivia, the former Global Editorial Director of i-D magazine, shared a similar post posing in front of large statues and showing off a series of candid pictures showing Lily enjoying seal and whale spotting along the Canadian coast.
The relaxing trip comes just days after she was spotted showing off her figure in a bandeau bikini as she poses under a waterfall whilst on a hike in California on Sunday.
The singer shared her hike with her followers on Instagram, including her posing underneath a waterfall and donning a leopard patterned long-sleeved top with and a pair of Prada sunglasses.
The post came after the recent revelation where Lily savagely claimed James Corden was a 'beg friend' after he accused her of leading him on when she 'definitely wasn't'.
The Smile singer said she met the Gavin and Stacey actor on her chat show in 2008, where he was 'very flirtatious' with her.

On her podcast, Miss Me?, Lily said: 'Yeah, James Corden was a bit of a beg friend for me.
'James Corden came on my chat show and was like very flirtatious with me and we sort of made friends and I introduced him to a group of my friends.
'And I don't really remember it because that whole period of time was a bit hazy.'
A 'beg friend' is described as a person who 'begs' for your attention in the hope of forming a friendship.
Lily had two daughters, Marnie Rose, 12, and Ethel, 11, with her ex-husband Sam Cooper.
The couple split in 2018 and since Lily has remarried to Stranger Things actor David Harbour, 49.
The singer-turned-actress said she believes women have to decide whether to put their children or their career first - and revealed she chose the former.
'My children ruined my career. I love them and they complete me, but in terms of pop-stardom, they totally ruined it,' she told the Radio Times Podcast.
'I get really annoyed when people say you can have it all because, quite frankly, you can't.
And currently Lily seems to be enjoying some time to herself with her friend as she travels around the west coast of the US and Canada.
