The Big Brother host, 36, went braless in the elegant teal two-piece for the star-studded occasion at Charlotte Street Hotel.

The show sees ten of Britain's best amateur clothes designers compete to win a dream job as a fashion designer at high street giant M&S.
Throughout the process, the designers face both individual and group challenges to create avant-garde looks to impress an epic line-up of guest judges, as well as M&S lead designers.
