According to The Mirror, the singer has been on a string of dates with the son of Greek-Cypriot property tycoon, Andreas Panayiotou, who is worth over £400 million.
Speaking to the paper, a source claimed: ‘They really hit it off. They have a lot in common and share several friends and interests, as well as a Greek-Cypriot background.
‘Costas is a bit younger but that doesn’t seem to matter. It’s exciting. They’ve had a great time.’

Tulisa, 26, is said to have met the 24-year-old playboy after the collapse of her drug trail earlier this year.
Costas made headlines earlier this year when himself and his brother, George, were involved in a random attack of two off-duty policemen on a night out.
The duo, who were out with brothers Yiannaki, 30, and Christoper Stavrou, 28, when they attacked the off-duty officers in London's Soho on November 30 last year.

Costas was given a 15-month sentence suspended for 18 months after pleading guilty to affray while his brother George received six months suspended for 18 months after also pleading guilty.
Tulisa recently went through her own court troubles after being accused of brokering an £800 deal through Mike GLC to supply Class A drugs to undercover The Sun journalist Mahzer Mahmood.
On July 21, the trial collapsed when the case was dismissed by Judge Alistair McCreath, however while her life is getting back on track, it seems her 12-year friendship with Mike is beyond repair.
