Workout buddies! Jennifer Garner giggles with a gal pal as they grab cold drinks after a gym session
It's always wise to stay hydrated in the dry climate of Los Angeles even when it's not so hot.
And Jennifer Garner took that to heart on Saturday.
The 43-year-old actress and a girlfriend were spotted laughing as they left Alfred Coffee And Kitchen in the West Hollywood neighbourhood of Los Angeles after hitting the gym on Saturday.

Clutching two cold drinks, the star donned a grey zipped hoodie, black cropped leggings and light blue sneakers. She pulled her brunette hair back into a pony tail and anchored it with her sunglasses.
Her blonde pal, who was dressed in black from head to toe, donned a sleeveless puffer jacket over a T-shirt, leggings and sneakers. She, too, was holding two cold drinks, one of which appeared to be iced coffee.
Not seen were Jennifer's children - Violet, 10, Samuel, three, and Seraphina, who turns seven next month - whom she shares with estranged second husband, Ben Affleck, also 43.

The Pearl Harbor and Daredevil co-stars announced the end of their decade-long marriage on June 30. But they are trying to keep things amicable for their children.
The family-of-five spent Thanksgiving together in November and 'had a great time,' a source told People.
Whether they will be together for Christmas has yet to be seen, although the source added: 'Jen and Ben are figuring out right now how they can best spend the holidays together. [She] wants to get along with Ben for the kids' sake.'

Meanwhile both stars have enough work on their plates to keep their minds off the breakdown of their marriage.
Jennifer is currently filming her role as Bryan Cranston's wife in the nervous breakdown drama Wakefield, due out in 2017.
She also has three projects on the go for 2016: Nine Lives, Miracles From Heaven and The Tribes Of Palos Verdes.

Meanwhile, Ben will next be seen in The Accountant with Anna Kendrick, due out October 7.
He reprises his role as Bruce Wayne in blockbuster Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice, due out March 25, and again in Suicide Squad that debuts on August 5.
Ben's booked as the Caped Crusader in 2017's The Justice League Part One and 2019's Justice League Part Two.
The two-time Oscar winner is presently directing his fourth film, Live By Night, in his hometown of Boston, in which he also stars with Zoe Saldana, Scott Eastwood, Sienna Miller and Elle Fanning. The Prohibition era dramedy is set to hit screens in 2017.
