Geri's ensemble had a black lace design on the back, and the singer was sure to draw attention to her way with the large white peace sign on the back.
Her signature fiery locks were brushed into a sleek, straight style, while she wore a natural palette of make-up to highlight her pretty features.
Ginger Spice was joined by her fellow bandmates Victoria Beckham, 44, and Mel C, 44, and the fashion mogul looked stunning in a white bikini top and a matching mini skirt and heels.

This comes after the Spice Girls delighted fans as they teased a behind-the-scenes clip from their photoshoot on Twitter on Wednesday.
Geri, Mel B, 43, Emma Bunton, 42, and Mel C larked around in the video, which was filmed ahead of their grand tour announcement.
The band's 1996 hit debut single Wannabe played over the top of the video, with flashbacks featuring the four reveling at being back together again.
In one look the girls all wore black as they as they joked around on set, while in another Geri donned a dazzling blue sequin fringed mini-dress.

They captioned the clip: 'Soooo here's the story from A-Z. Behind the scenes'.
Sharing the love on Twitter, fans wrote: 'I just got really emotional', while another typed: 'you guys are the perfect example of a forever friendship'.
Earlier this month, Mel B teased that the band are 'in talks' to land a headlining slot at Glastonbury Festival 2019, following wide-spread speculation.

Scary Spice dropped further hints that the band could make an appearance on the Pyramid Stage next year, as she revealed to Jessie Ware's podcast Table Manners, they are currently in conversation with Glastonbury organisers Michael and Emily Eavis.
She told fellow singer Jessie: 'Glastonbury. It's been talked about.'
The Spice Girls will hit the road next year - conveniently coming to a close on 15 June at London's Wembley Stadium just two weeks before Glastonbury takes place at the end of June.
The girls will come together as a four-piece next year - originally announcing a six-date tour before bumping it up to 13 due to 'phenomenal fan demand'.
Victoria Beckham has chosen not to reunite with the girls, choosing to focus on her fashion business instead, but has said she will 'definitely' go and see the girls in action at their show.

Asked if she will be going to see the show, Victoria replied: 'Absolutely! I am very, very excited for them.'
The Spice Girls shot to fame in the early '90s and found themselves at the top of the charts in 37 countries with their debut single Wannabe, released in 1996.
The band split in 2000, two years after Geri announced her departure from the band.
They later reunited in 2007, delighting fans with their The Return Of The Spice Girls world tour, before performing at the London 2012 Olympics closing ceremony.
