This statement is meant to provide an overview of some of the accessibility concepts we are including, and features we are implementing, to help clients with disabilities navigate and utilize the EverBank.com website. How to use our site

Portable Document Format (PDF)

Our site makes use of Portable Document Format (PDF). Certain documents on this site are available only in this format, which requires you to download and install the Adobe Acrobat Reader software. This software is free of charge.

We generally offer synchronized captioning on our website and mobile app.

Third-party hosted content

Our website includes content that is hosted by third-parties. Although this content is outside of our controlled codebase, we actively encourage our partners and vendors to comply with generally recognized guidelines for website accessibility.

Screen reader site configuration

We use common abbreviations on our website. You may be able to configure your screen reader’s dictionary to pronounce them correctly. Follow the instructions below to add these abbreviations as dictionary entries.

  3. Press d for the Dictionary Manager
