In all of my years as a professor, never did I imagine I’d end up getting a lap dance from a student. But I did. What’s worse? He’s my new TA. And the icing on top of the cake? I can’t stop thinking about it. Can’t get him off my mind.

I’m Dr. Silas Sinclair. Respectable educator and a man with his head on his shoulders. I don’t break the rules. I don’t cross boundaries. And I certainly don’t stalk students.

Or at least I didn’t until him.

Everly Winslow is bad news waiting to happen. He’s everything I should stay away from, but I can’t. The flirting. The taunting. It’s constant, and it’s too much.

I’m only human and it’s only a matter of time before I crack and give in to my desires. When all is said and done, will I be able to maintain my respectable career or will it all crash and burn?

- professor/TA
- age gap (15 years)
- forbidden romance
- stripper
- obsession + light stalking
- mutual pining

Silas, a lonely college bio professor, finds himself in a bit of pickle when he learns that his new TA also happens to be the stripper he's been lowkey obsessing over since he got a lap dance at his friends bachelor party. As if Everly being a student wasn't bad enough, Silas is none to happy about the fifteen year age gap between them too.

Despite the magnetic pull between them, Silas does everything in his power to keep things strictly professional between him and Everly, but Everly does not make it easy on poor Silas. He's equally as obsessed with Silas and wants what he wants, and he'll do anything to have him.

Full Service is just as silly and steamy as one would expect from Cora Rose, and probably my favorite read of the FU2 series so far. Silas's internal monologues had me cackling, and his friendship with Lee was the fucking best. I think my only complaint though would be that there was a touch too much smut, but even then it was fantastic, so I can't be too mad about it lmfao

This was such a good book! So unexpectedly funny. Silas is the perfect grouchy professor and Everly loves every moment of it.

Silas' inner monologue is too freaking hilarious. The way he constantly says there's "an X percent chance" he will or will not do something was hysterical.

The scene in Silas' office where Everly models his jock strap!!! HOLY SHIT. Hot AF.

Add in the unique connection we find out about Silas' friend Lee and this book was cute AF.

This was a super fast read for me and I loved it. Super hot and super cute. What more can you ask for. Perfect summer read. Go read it!

I can totally see this being a comfort read for me.

I received an ARC of this book from Gay Romance Reviews and this is my honest opinion.

DNF @ 18%

I had forgotten that I had requested this, especially after I threw the towel with this author. But since I love me a Professor/TA romance, I thought to try. My bad!

I'm going to skip over the fact that Silas is a 35yo, tenured professor with 10 year of teaching experience in a university. Maybe that happens in US, I don't know. I'll even skip the bad math with Lee, 92yo man, that is trying to hook up Silas with his grandson, with Silas thinking that the boy could be a Franklin U student and half his age, aka 17.5yo, maybe the boy is a genius like Sheldon Cooper, I don't know.

What I can't overcome though is how overly sexualised the story up till that point was!

It began with Silas rhapsodizing about a person's behind and how it must be the guy from the strip club that gave him a lap dance that resulted in Silas coming all over himself, from that alone, and I'm already side-eyeing it. He went on and on and on about that perfect peach and how he jizzed. But I was pretty much done when he came all over himself the second time JUST by watching Everly strip 0_O. COME ON!

I read so many times the words dick, cock, ass, cum that I stopped and did a search to see how many times they were repeated in 44pgs. And the tally is:
- 31 dicks
- 12 cocks
- 9 cum/come
- 23 a$$es (not counting the peaches and other synonyms).

And most of these were from the mature, 35yo, professor's POV.

Everly's POV, lo and behold, was very refreshing because we actually got something more than endless sex talk, but hobbies and actually some character.

I'm not rating because I don't think I've read enough to be able to rate, maybe after the point I stopped a plot exploded all over the book but up till that point it was just dicks, a$$ and cum.

Oh and me personal pet-peeve, if the model on the cover is supposed to be Everly, where is the dark blond hair?

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

Freaking hell, this was so damn ridiculous! *lmao
And this whole story was a hell of a tease. But I was laughing out loud a lot too, so def entertaining all things considered.

[…] the other part of me wants to see how far he’ll let me go. He let me go pretty far the other night. All the way actually. I gave him the full service.

this is a nice book, well a nice cora book, so you have to enjoy that. i definitely do and i laughed out loud several times, however a few things were definitely too much.

but i loved the relationship and the characters so much. they’re so unhinged and i’d call the cops immediately irl, however she makes them work

i read an arc and this is my honest opinion

✨ARC REVIEW✨
It's my first Cora Rose book but it definitely won't be the last! It was SO. MUCH. FUN. I'm weak for an MC that hates liking the other MC, it gets me every single time. And Silas was trying to be so SO professional, and not fall for his TA after the coming-untouched-during-a-lap-dance thing. But my man was obsessed. So obsessed he became kinda stalker-y but in a nice way. Just being there, trying to be professional but waiting to get a glimpse of Everly. But he hated himself so hard. Well, hated is too strong a word. He was 67% disappointed in himself.
And Everly was shameless. I love my undeterred MCs. The ones that just don't give up and take rejection like champs. Beware the 'making my obsession jealous' trope. It's hilarious for me but I know people dislike it. Everly was just temptation incarnate, and he pursued Silas, and romanced him, and seduced him (not that Silas didn't want to be seduced ofc). The flowers, the cake... He's perfect and sweet.
Special mention to Lee and AlmondJoy, I mean Lovejoy. All the shenanigans surrounding these two were hilarious.
And as always, I appreciated the low-to-nonexistent angst.
Even the epilogue was funny.
Loved it!

Full service is a fun and low-angst forbidden professor/student romance between Everly and Silas. Together these two have amazing chemistry and I loved their first encounter together. Silas is shy and reserved, while Everly is confident and determined to win over Silas's affections. Their relationship is further complicated with the reveal of Everly being Silas's student. This aspect of the story created a great amount of forbidden tension, as both easily noticed their attraction, but given the circumstances are reluctant to move forward.

Overall this is a fun story and fits perfectly with the low-angst and light tone of the series. I enjoyed Silas and Everly's story alongside their hilarious shenanigans that left me chuckling quite often.

DNF at 68%. I love Cora Rose, but this one is a mess. There’s very little plot, Silas and Everly are annoying and borderline creepy, and it tries way too hard to be funny. It just doesn’t work with the other Franklin University stories. I kept hoping it would get better until I finally gave up.

WTF was this? You know what? It doesn’t matter because as ridiculous as this was I couldn’t look away and I was laughing so hard, specially at the sensual ribbon dance scene.
This book is very smutty and funny, Silas was mostly acting like a horny teenager and surprisingly I was entertained.
Almondjoy character was bizarre but made me smile, I wanted more of the fish though, I have a lot of questions.
This author must have an ass obsession because I just finished Exception a few days ago and MC in that book was also obsessed with ass.

JFC.. I read a lot of smut but if you would take all the thinking and talking and doing of dicks out of this book you'd end up with like 5 pages.. of even more annoying Silas.
How that guy is supposed to be 35 i have no idea.
And dont get me started on the ribbon thingy.........

I love Cora's books. Present company excluded. This was a pornographic story about a student (TA), his prematurely ejaculating professor, and the said professor's penis.

This book is an example of taking a sub-trope (or fetish) and making it into an erotica novel. In this case it's about a man with a very sensitive set of genitalia and so exactly 87% of the book is him either (a) trying not to come in his pants or, (b) in fact coming untouched.

That's it. There is no plot. There's a dash of romance. Uncontrollable ejaculations aside, Silas (the professor) was a walking red flag somehow? Everything is consensual but my mind was made up when he found himself rimming his TA like he just couldn't help himself.

And I see many readers praising this for its humor? Sure, I guess coming in pants stories are funny?

If you want to try Cora Rose, stick with her "Unexpected" series.

Tropes: age gap, grumpy/sunshine, professor/TA, forced proximity, roommates, workplace romance, forbidden romance
Feels: 3/5
Steam*: 3.5/5
Kinks: stripper, getting off in public, toys
Angst: low
HEA: yes
Pairing: MM
Triggers/potential icks/content warnings: Silas is kinda icky, premature ejaculation, toilet humor, inappropriate use of the word professional, unsafe sex (seriously, people need to at least talk before they f*** without condoms)

I'm conflicted about what I want to rate this. If I was reading Silas, I would give him a three. But I really loved the Cora humor and ridiculousness and sexual tension. So maybe 3.5 stars and I'll be kind and round up?

Silas is 35 and he is a buttoned up reserved grumpy professor. He goes to a bachelor party at a strip club and gets a lap dance from a hot guy working there, he embarrasses himself and comes in his pants. Then he finds out that the guy 21-year-old Everly, is a student at the college he works at, and he's the TA that has been hired to work with him. Silas loses his mind anytime he's near Everly, he's an absolute horndog for him. And it turns out Everly has seen him around campus and had a crush on him for a year. So they both want each other.

Silas tries to keep it professional. He tries not to give in to the attraction. He fails miserably. And it's a slippery slope for him. When he gives in to a one-time hookup, that leads to him asking Everly to live with him because Everly's roof falls down in his Hazmat apartment, and if they're living together they might as well be having more sex and they might as well be boyfriends right!? And then meeting the family. And then maybe I might want to marry this guy.

There were things that I liked about this book. It's a funny and steamy Cora romp. I really like the humor in it. Everly was great. I liked the use of the side characters in this book. There were tons of moments of ridiculous humor that I just loved sprinkled throughout this book. If Silas had been more likeable as a romantic lead, this book could have been a lot better.

Silas was an unhinged character, off the wall. Normally I really like unhinged characters, it's entertaining to me, it's usually humorous and it's usually an obsessive possessive love which are some of my favorite things. Silas did not pull off unhinged well. I wish Silas had been a bit more likeable as a romantic lead. He came off a bit too pervy and horny, he got boners in public at inappropriate times all the darn time and had no control over his libido, coming in his pants often in less than 3 minutes often untouched. I like when a MMC is horny for their love interest, but have a little bit of class, restraint and some propriety line so that you don't come off as skeevy. Also, I wish Silas had had more romantic thoughts about Everly. I don't think he ever actually had non-sexual romantic thoughts about Everly, so it seemed like it was just sex to him until all of a sudden at the end he said something about marrying him. Everly at least had some romantic thoughts and made some romantic gestures, though it did seem a little forced. Silas also isn't very smart, he does dumb things that will get them caught and at times he also comes off as a selfish lover.

Some notable moments:

Jealousy scene (Everly is faking it with a guy and Silas loses his mind) "Speaking of the big man, he shows up at the end of office hours and strides over to Everly in my office and nuzzles up against him, making my entire body stiffen in anger. Honestly, they really should get a room. If they start kissing in front of me, I will flip the table over."

"“Fine,” he says, looking slightly defeated. “I will.” “You should.” Our eyes clash, and I suck in a breath, feeling my heartbeat triple just from how close he is. And then without warning, Everly is on me, his lips crashing into mine, my back shoved up against the door with a small thump. His hands tangle in my hair, his tongue pressing into my mouth unbidden, and I let him. I let him kiss me. Let him devour my mouth as I clutch onto him for dear life."

The ribbon dancing scene! "“Look at that ass!” a voice suddenly shouts from the audience. My heart stutters, and I stop moving, my eyelids fluttering open. I know that voice. I fucking know it. “That’s my man! Mine!” he shouts."

*FYI about steam: I rate steam based on a combination of quality & quantity. I note kink separate from steam because I don't want to underrate steamy reads that don't have much kink.

**Note about spoilers: I like to comment on the plot of a book in reviews, so I almost always mark my reviews as containing spoilers. But I try to avoid spoiling the big dramatic moments! As a reader, I personally like to know what I'm getting into before I read a book so I know more about the content and if it's to my taste/mood, so I try to give that information in my reviews for myself when I'm considering rereading and also for other readers.

The tension of these two men was undeniable from first real interaction! The two become slightly stalker adjacent of each other but not in a creepy way. They just pull into each other, and even when they deny it, they cannot until it just explodes to pure fire. Silas needed someone like Everly to be able to loosen up and actually be truly happy. I found myself skimming some of the intimate times for me it ended up being too many vs. just that right amount. I know other readers will love this, just not needed for me. Cora made a fun addition to the Franklin U universe and felt her story fit with the rest of these authors while still keeping her own style with it.

Read if you like age gap characters (21 vs 35) who both sound like they’re in high school

Not sure this one fitted the series vibes

I've never read this author before and I suspect I probably won't pick up another of their books if they follow the same pattern as this one.

It basically was like a YA version of a Carry On film script with the two MCs bouncing from one sex scene to another.

I kept waiting for there to be some sort of actual plot other than the "professor/student" one but it never happened.

I'm fairly sure I was supposed to find Silas' absolutely bonkers internal musings about the percentage chance he wouldn't "fall on Everly's cock" funny but they were cringe in the main.

However, having said that, there was also a real warmth to the storytelling which meant it never felt like it was just erotica, both MCs are pretty ridiculous in their stalkerish behaviour but it works.

I'm still not convinced they've got anything in common which would keep them together apart from the sex mind, but they'd probably have a great time finding out!

I will say though, this didn't really feel truly connected to the wider FU world, even with Silas being a Professor and Everly his TA.

Full Service is book 5 in the Franklin U 2 series, and Cora Rose really knocked it out of the park with this one. Silas and Everly, had so much chemistry, and the tension between them was so hot. Silas’s inner monologue was absolutely hilarious. There were so many laugh out loud moments in this book. I loved all the side characters as well. I seriously couldn’t put it down. If you’re looking for a super sweet and funny story, with a little bit of stalking and lots of heat, then give this one a shot. You can’t go wrong with a Cora Rose book.

Another 2.5 stars from me... doesn’t help that i did not want to read a teacher student romance today of all days.. terrible timing, lol.

I actually really liked Dr Silas Sinclair because he was such a mess and so damn relatable. Man is tired by social interactions and just want to be left alone and I love that for him! "Im lonely but also im too lazy i just want a hot guy to fall from the sky so i don't have to work for it" is such a fat mood. (give me a pretty girlfriend pls)

Also he spent the book being like "ok im NOT doing this it's unprofessional" and then he goes and proceeds to do exactly the opposite, man has zero impulse control and it was so funny.

But he also spent the ENTIRE BOOK with a boner and literally coming in his pants because he is too horny about his TA who is also the stripper who has a perfect butt. They're both obsessed with each other and that part was kinda fun but they're really just horny ALL THE TIME. It's the only thing they ever talk about "oh ur a teacher im a student we can't do this but u just came in ur pants and im flirting hard" okayyyyy. They don't talk about anything, don't hang out to talk about anything other than sex. Huh.

Also I HATE when there is the moment where one character tries to move on and chooses the objectively worst-matched person for them and then complain about it. And the narration makes the other guy look dumb or boring just because he isn't the main character. Like if that's the only way you can uplift your own character, it sucks.

So yeah, meh. This one was just too much horny and not enough substance for me, literally nothing happened other than "i can see the outline of his peen and i want it up my ass" like please get a life

Thoughts as I was reading...

Cringe! Cringe! Awkward cringe, the fumbling professor is so not attractive. I keep reading but face palming, peaking through my fingers. This is embarrassing 😂😂😂
It just drags on and on torturing Silas and Everly being too cheeky and childish on his pursuit. It's not that fun reading.
This gets pretty depressing. Silas acting like he's 70 yo and yet he's only 35. If I read the word inappropriate one more time I'm going to DNF this book.
It's a turn off that Everly is so objectified for most of the first half of the book. So is Silas from Everly's pov but it's worse from Silas.
Was that restaurant scene supposed to be funny?🙄
Really? A fish jumping out of it's bowl? Outrageous.

And I think I've had enough. This book isn't for me. Sorry Cora Rose.

ARC REVIEW💛FULL SERVICE💛CORA ROSE
Release date: 5th July 2024

Oh Coraaaa 💕 this was crackers, and I absolutely loved it. I devour anything by Cora Rose and this is definitely included in that.

Silas is an adorable grump, he is kinda lonely and grumpy and absolutely hilarious. His POV was killing me and I loved his internal thoughts. So sarcastic and wonderful. Self deprecating and wonderful, but in a funny way, but also in a way that you know Silas need a a big ol' hug.

In comes Everly, Silas' TA, college student, stripper, and completely obsessed with Silas. They have a lil moment that becomes their meet cute and it's brilliant 🤭

There is a bunch of pushing and pulling in this and SO MUCH TENSION and when it erupts it's erupts (just like Silas ehehe) and I loved reading about these two!

Also LoveJoy and Lee. Precious precious side characters who I hope we see more of in other Cora books! There was also a mention of another name that made me squeal with happiness 🌿❤️

This is pretty low plot and low angst, definitely a comfort read that I will come back to a lot because it's cute and spicy and hilarious!

Thank you to @gay.romance.reviews for the ARC ❤️

This book was hilarious, I had so much fun reading it. Both Silas and Everly's pov are funny and had me cackling several times.
I liked how they tried to (unsuccessfully) resist to the attraction for each other, how they always gravitated around one another, how they made all the excuses to touch or to be close.
I liked Silas' "double personality": shy, clumsy, embarassed when he was trying to be professional versus confident, sexy and commanding during their intimate moments.
I also liked how cocky and almost arrogant Everly looked on the outside, while being a complete horny disaster inside.

What prevented me from giving a higher rate:
I didn't totally get when all the lust became something more, I didn't get why they fell in love with each other, I couldn't feel the romance.
And it seemd to me that this book is disconnected from the FU world.

I adored Lee, he was such a pest and I loved all his improper jokes. I liked Garrett too, I hope the author will give him his own story one day.

I received an ARC of this book from Gay Romance Reviews and this is my honest review.

I’m sadly not vibing very well with this season of Franklin U. Full Service might actually be my least favourite. Normally, I would be eating up a professor/TA romance, but the characters fell so flat for me. Silas, in particular irked me quite a lot. There is no character depth to him at all. All he does is repeat his thoughts about Everly’s physical appearance, and it quickly gets to the point of being too much. Honestly, Everly is the only reason I’m giving this 2.5 stars. His POV was a little more refreshing and I did enjoy his cheekiness and determination. I unfortunately just think he could have found something more meaningful with someone else. And I’m pretty sure that’s not how you’re supposed to feel about the MCs in a romance…

(ENG) It's been a long time since I laughed so hard with a Cora book! The author wants us to have a good time and if we go into the reading with that in mind, I can assure you that she does a great job.
There isn't much story or character development, you could say it's almost all spice, but it's written in such a way that it never feels repetitive.
Silas' refusal to give in to his desires, with all his inner monologues and contradictions between what he says and does, made me laugh out loud. And Everly is a character who endears himself from the first page. An excellent couple, so funny that they end up being very cute.
I loved it and highly recommend it.
