I think the entire story was just not for me, but let's break it down.
What I disliked: -OMG Stella's mother is insufferable -I didn't love the nickname 'little star' -For once in my life, I struggled with the 'my wife' aspect. Idk why it just felt so out of place since they were apart for so long -There was way too much miscommunication. 7 years to be exact.
What I liked: -Riggs loves the shit out of Stella.. even with all of the miscommunication, you can tell he loves her to pieces. -He takes care of her!!! The scene when he does her hair had me melting -How Riggs responds to Stella's depression is literally everything. I found myself getting so emotional during this chapter.
Sadly, this one just wasn't my cup of tea BUT I say if you normally enjoy angst and second chance, give this a go!
