The title of the book is a reason enough to pick this up for reading... go for it. Well you know what, you don't need to reach the age of 40 something or 30 or 80... it's just basic truth that adulting can be a very different experience for each one of us. No matter how successful one is in a particular field, life distributes its fair share of lemons with a sprinkle of disappointments to each one. So before you start being too hard on yourself, 'Oh she has such good life with a dream job/family/body/lifestyle... just be reminded that all that glitters is not gold.
The book is about the journey of a woman who happens to land on the other side of the fence. Where nothing in her life is as per plan. But that showed her and us readers a wonderful outlook towards life. It's okay to not be okay! Well the line may sound too clichéd, but it is true never less. N I can personally go on and on about why every person above 25 needs to read this.
There were portions of the story that for me personally felt resolved too quickly for a real-life (like Annabelle). But other than that it was all ...more
