I have loved baking bread in my cast iron Dutch oven. Most of my breads are kneaded, though. Seems like it’s working just fine as far as I can tell. Of course, I’m a brand new bread baker and just exploring.

Question, what do you think about baking a brioche bread in the Dutch oven? I just got a couple of boxes of the KA Golden Brioche Mix.
