Hi Kristine, because the Gluten-Free Bread flour tends to require a lot more liquid and the rise times will be different, for best results we'd encourage you to try our Gluten-Free Artisan Bread recipe instead, which is also baked in a Dutch oven, and will yield a similar crusty boule.
