Here's how you can cultivate confidence in a recruiting role.
Honestly, as a recruiter working for tech start ups, the best way I have found to gain confidence in my skills from others, is to WIN. How do I do that? I fail first, and I fail often. But I spend extra time every day analyzing how I failed, where my profiles were wrong, where my interview panels and loops were off, was my communication lacking with the candidate or the hiring managers. I take these learnings, make actionable and quantifiable changes, and produce. When my team sees my improvement and through data tracked success, they trust me more and allow for more autonomy and even follow through with my original suggestions. In my experience, nothing garners trust more, than a recruiter that produces ever increasing results.

Here's how you can showcase your expertise in conflict resolution and collaboration on your resume.
A Success Story is great, but save it for the LinkedIn profile or a direct message to someone you know at the company. I spend roughly 3 seconds on each resume. Hit the key points I need to know in that time, and don't waste it with fluff.

Here's how you can showcase your expertise in conflict resolution and collaboration on your resume.
This might skew to software engineer resumes, but keep it to one page. Remember that real estate is valuable and sparse. Top companies and the majority of tech recruiters do not want to see a laundry list of the technologies you know and the skills you have. We don't read them.
