Customer service not good !!!

My experience with customer service was not good. Still doing business with Company hoping for it to get better...

Best Option

Money management is the best option to pay back debt, in a fast and money saving way.

Friendly and effective

Money Management was great with creating a quick and friendly resolution for me. However, their website is a bit far from user friendly and is difficult to understand. I am still pleased with my experience with them and would recommend them to anyone who needs help with debt management.

Great relief to have an intermediary when dealing with accumulated debt

I'll admit it. I am a complete coward when it comes to calling creditors regarding debt. All those feelings of shame and horror at being a full grown adult and having to deal with this self-perceived character flaw come rushing to the surface, and I usually manage to talk myself out of it rather than face it and deal. This is my second experience with MMI in 10 years, and I'm pleased to say nothing has changed in the way they respond without judgement. I've got a ways to go before this is behind me, but with their assistance, I hope this will be the last time. Fees are reasonable, terms are realistic, and peace of mind incalculable. Highly recommend, and as they say "I HATE writing reviews", but will make an exception. Best wishes.

patience and professionalism

the customer service representative was very informative and helped me to make the decision to go ahead and set my account up to make my credit score have a bigger chance of having a higher score.

Huge relief

MMI was super easy to work with, dealt with the companies directly and greatly simplified things. Being out of work, we had a lot of choices to make and MMI helped keep things on track and avoid costly consequences.

This is the second credit card debt consolidation with MMI

The interview process is not too painful, but it does open your eyes! Once the interviewer has all the facts and figures she/he needs, they will tell you what the best course of action for you to take is.

I had them set up automatic deduction from my bank account, and it works seamlessly.

The fees they charge are very reasonble, and you pay those over time also. Plus, they are not for profit.

This is my second time in credit card debt management, the first one was for $25,000 and the current one is around $3,500, so see, I'm improving!

They have good costumer service but the payment platform and website it sucks

First of all I have to say that they are helping me a lot to pay my credit cards which is better for me pay an small fee every month and they have really good costumer service.
My only complaint is about the form of payment they use is not reliable, the platform MMI use is to futuristic and I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem, in my case I only have a debit card without checking and I have hard time for making the payments , they never told me about this, even though before I sign the agreement I called to tell them I wouldn't be able to pay with automatic withdraw then the person I spoke told me I can do monthly payments but never mentioned that has to be with a checking account, and everything is the way there system said, to bad.

So Grateful to MMI

I am so grateful and pleased with how Money Management International helped me out of my debt. Through MMI, I was able to make payments on time to my creditors and increase my credit rating. I believe I was not the best client because I was laxed in checking in informing them of my balances as time went along, but they never stressed me about it. As long as I was able to make my payments on time, everything moved along smoothly. In the 3 year program, all of my outstanding balances were paid off just as they said it would. Again, I am so very grateful that I was directed to this debt consolidating program.

Amazing Organization to work with.

Professional, reliable and punctual!

MMI helped me through a very bad debt crisis, worked very well with lots of leniency towards my situation. Quick responses and great customer service, and only a handful of times did I have to fix miscommunications. Would recommend 9/10
