The first opening performance was not…

The first opening performance was not feeling it at all. It is always better to get the performer to the audience we know. But Luda made it up 💯percent. He had everyone excited last night.

Heart had posponed their show

I had a message from ticket Master saying that Heart show was posponed. This was a message from TicketMaster saying that you would contact me when there would be a show. So, Then I never went to see Heart

Ticket Delivery

It took a while to get my tickets and the phone number for Ticket Smarter was not working, so I was worried that I would not be able to get the them, but the tickets finally got transferred and everything went smoothly after that. I attended the NFL Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. This was my first experience with Ticket Smarter. I will now have confidence to use them again

We Kept The Party Going!

It was great to be in the company of Parrotheads, all singing and crying and dancing and laughing at the same time. The Reefers paid tribute to Jimmy and his spirit was clearly there. It was a "no frills" experience with minimal attention to staging or merch and that was actually refreshing. It was all about the music. His music. Their music. So happy to have been there.

Not a good experience

I called because the show was postponed. I called within business hours they transfer you to multiple places and still nobody responds to you. I called multiple times and sent and email and nobody has returned my call.

TS is a terrible site to get tickets…

TS is a terrible site to get tickets from. I had to call my bank to dispute the charges before I received my tickets. Communication with TS rep is terrible took a week to resolve that I even more confused about my situation after communication with their rep. I called my back for clarification. When I got to the event the seats assigned to me were not the seats I originally purchased. My partner has a bummed knees so I always get him a row seat to stretch out. We sat in the middle row making his experiance a terrible one. Never again TS! Terrible ticket site. I’d give a zero if I could.

Niall Horan

It was my daughter's first time seeing Niall Horan and she said the concert was a 10 out of 10 - Niall's voice & personality and the venue. And she's been to Harry Styles & Taylor Swift among other greats. The process of purchasing tickets & transferring them to her was easy peasy.

Venue was great but Brian Regan seemed…

Venue was great but Brian Regan seemed off. This is the third time we’ve seen him, definitely not his best performance and the show was also pretty short as he was only on for about an hour.

I was very disappointed

I was very disappointed. The concert was canceled after 3 hours on the original date, understandably. We did see the first of 4 acts before canceled. We returned the next night (240 miles round trip) for the reschedule. There were no warm up bands. I was looking forward to hearing the Zac Brown Band...and had paid to hear them. On the reschedule night, Kenny Chesney thanked the audience for returning several times. However, he only played for 1.5 hours. On No Shoes Radio I hear all the time about how he does 2-3 hours shows. I was very disappointed. It was definately not worth the ticket price I paid.

Our customer support team took a closer look into this matter and they confirmed that the ticket seller transferred the tickets to you on 4/17/24 via Ticketmaster to the email address used to place the order. Our customer support team was also unable to locate records of email communication from you using the order information provided. As the tickets were confirmed to be delivered in time for the event on 8/19/24, similar to other ticket marketplaces, all sales remain final.

Unhappy that ticket goers were not…

Unhappy that ticket goers were not notified that concert was to start early because of weather. Missed Steve Miller Band, only saw part of Journey but Def Leopard was awesome. Wish would have had notification!!!!!

Everything it sucked

Everything. Their website to try and transfer a ticket was a nightmare to navigate. The insurance/refund protection was worthless. We had to prove we had Covid with written doc from a Dr. do not recommend using this sham of a company

Outrages service fees

Got my 2 tickets right away but a service charge of $84 is insane!

$20 for chairs was a liittle steep

$20 for chairs was a liittle steep! But saying that, Damn good show! I saw Stix 40 years ago. Just as good as then. Little difficult getting around for a disabled veteran.

It was my daughters first big venue…

It was my daughters first big venue concert Hoizer at Bethal Woods. Our original 2 tickets were ought way ahead of time. Close to the last minute she begged to bring her best friend. You guys came through 3 days before the sold out concert. I can not say enough great things no problems no hiccups I will use ticket smarter every time Thank you!

Work on communication

Besides having a miscommunication about how the email with ticket delivery was being delivered, once I figured out your mistake…..there were no other issues. We had an amazing time 💯❤️❤️❤️ Starlight is a very cozy venue.

Great concert Poor service

We ordered these tickets 3 months ago. The company was very secretive about when and how the tickets would be issued.

"Trust us" was the impression we were given. They at one time said that the tickets would be delivered the day of the concert. ( the concert was 300 miles from our home.)

Finally they contracted it out to a company we had never heard of and they went to our spam email account.

I contract ticketsmart the day before the concert and they straightend it out.
We had a third ticket for a relative who found out a month before the concert he was having surgery and couldn't attend. I contracted ticketsmart. They told me there were no refunds, but they would sell them for us. I have heard nothing from the company.

All in all it was a great concert, but no thanks to Ticketsmart. I would not use the again if I had a choice.

Melancamp put on a great show

Melancamp put on a great show, and so did Willie but Dylan....-- he really needs to retire. He's brilliant and I still endlessly listen to his vast studio renditions but his live shows, as has been the case for a while now, are painful to watch.
