Delivery Information

Our couriers will provide you with your tracking number by email once your order has been collected from our distribution center. You can track your order using the link available in the email or by downloading the courier's app. Downloading the app will allow you to update your delivery preferences and track your parcel directly.

If you provide a mobile number during checkout, you will be sent SMS text updates as your order is making it's way to you

We use a trackable delivery service and in most cases, a signature will be required on delivery. Please be aware that for jewellery orders with a value of £100 or less, a signature may not be required.

We won't deliver to your next door neighbour if you're out and we won't leave it near your door or property either. To keep your order safe we'll deliver to your delivery address only and a signature will be required for orders over £100.

Over Bank Holidays our Distribution Centre dispatches orders as normal but our Couriers do not deliver on the Bank Holiday. We ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing you order around Bank Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please get in touch with our customer experience team should you wish to discuss your specific order.

We deliver 7 days a week excluding Bank Holidays.

Special orders are orders that have an extended lead time. This may be due to us having to get the correct ring size or awaiting a launch date for a particular piece.

Lead time denotes the amount of time between taking your order and it's estimated date of dispatch.

Orders with extended lead times will have the lead time information displayed on the product page and in the shopping bag.

Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order. Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 14 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Hallmark Claims Service.

At the moment we do not ship internationally.
