What is an e-Card ?
Your e-Card is a purposely built digital voucher relating solely to your claim settlement. This card can only be redeemed at Watches of Switzerland Group concessions \(Watches of Switzerland, Mappin & Webb, Goldsmiths\)
Within your settlement email you will find the relevant information regarding balance\(s\), card type, expiry and card usage.
When does my e-Card expire ?
Your e-Card settlement has an initial validity of 3 Months from the date of issuing, if you have any further queries surrounding this please contact the Hallmark team on 0116 282 1948
How do I check my e-Card balance?
Your e-Card balance can be retrieved easily from one of the below methods.
1) Logging in to your ‘My Account’ section of the Hallmark Website where your available cards and relevant balances will be listed.
2) Speak to one of our advisors to request an e-Card Balance check this can also be done by calling the Hallmark team on 0116 282 1948.
3) Visit one of our Nationwide stores (Goldsmiths, Mappin & Webb, Watches of Switzerland) where they will happily assist you with this or by calling 0870 242 6682.
Can I use multiple e-Cards for a transaction?
Transactions are limited to only using one e-Card per customer checkout.
I can’t find anything I like to purchase, what are my options?
In the unlikely event that you are unable to locate a particular piece or have a query regarding your replacement, please feel free to contact a member of our retail team on 0116 282 1948, who will be happy to assist.
E-Card E or D ? But I’d like to buy a watch, what can I do?
If you are considering buying a watch but have not been issued with a relevant Hallmark Claim Services e-Card, then we would advise you to call us on 0116 282 1948 to discuss further options to have this changed for you.
