This is the garage under my building so I use it once in a blue moon when I have to take heavy stuff up to my office. The people who work there are nice, so this is not a criticism against the employees personally.
First the garage costs $37 for more than 2 hours, which is insanely high even by SF standards.
Second they take their sweet time checking you out so they can overcharge you - the other day I waited for about 10+ minutes for someone to ring me up (one attendant was busy chatting with someone, the other went to get my car before he took my payment). When they did finally take my credit card, it was just a few minutes over 2 hours so I had to pay the full rate. When I complained - pointing out that I had been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to help me check out so I shouldn't be charged extra for that time - I was blown off and told they couldn't make exceptions.
Really unprofessional - I had timed my stay at work so it would be under 2 hours and under $37.
Also there is only one attendant who can drive a manual transmission- so when I pick up my car; it takes them another 10+ minutes to find someone who can actually drive it to me (they only admitted this after I pointed it out - it always takes me 3X longer to get my car retuned than other customers). I usually park at Salesforce West and everyone there seems able to drive a manual.
I wish this garage wasn't so awful or I would park there all the time!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - James S.CA, CA01May 12, 2023
I had a truly terrible experience at this car parking lot in San Francisco. Despite arriving only 25 minutes later than planned, I was told I had to pay $180 in cash to get my car out of the lot. The security attendant was extremely aggressive, lecturing me and making threats until I felt intimidated.
What's even worse is that there were no signs posted indicating that late fees were so exorbitant, and I received no response when I later tried to contact the company to complain. It's clear that this is nothing more than a rip-off operation that preys on unsuspecting customers.
I want to warn others to beware of the unethical tactics used at this parking lot. The staff are bullies who will stop at nothing to get your money, and there is absolutely no reason to use this lot when there are so many other options available in the area. Don't make the same mistake I did -- avoid this parking lot at all costs!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feraidon M.Dublin, CA0122Oct 26, 2022
I parked for 1 hour and 1 minute and they charged me $18.75...they guy just wasted time as I was standing to pick up my car for about 3 minutes. He delay my pick up. For that 1 minute so he could charged $3.75 additional. Very unethical. There is Hearst parking center 155 Stevenson st. Which is half the price these guys charged, I just found out about it and will never park here again

Great service but expensive (what isn't in the heart of the financial district!) after 2 hrs it caps at $35. Right next to Salesforce so it's a great location.

Very convenient and fast valet service! My only gripe is the pricing on sign for parking here is a bit misleading. I was only parked here for 2.5 hours and they charged me the full "daily" rate of $33. I think once you go over 2 hours it jumps to daily rate.

They have the absolute best and most accommodating staff here, always ready and willing to help. I work with heavy equipment in a nearby office and they always insist on loading and unloading my car for me.
It's in a great location, though, so just be aware the garage does get full sometimes.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Winnie C.Los Altos, CA1268916Aug 20, 2013First to Review
I had to attend training in San Francisco for a week and a half and after circling around for a bit, ended up choosing this parking/valet garage because it looked clean and orderly. Most of the guys here are very nice. Especially the main guy who is in charge of the cash-register (Vesp I think his name was?) and i thank him for making my parking experience more enjoyable because of his friendliness and professionalism. After the 2nd day of parking there, he made it a point to learn my name and greet me henceforth.
The location is great (if you don't mind dealing with crowded pedestrians walking around all the time making right/left turns super challenging).
they have early-bird parking price (before 9 and out by 6 i think) for $25. Evening rates are $12.
I worried about valet-parking my new car, but it always came back without a scratch.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jeremy C.San Jose, CA053Nov 30, 2018
Friendly and reasonable parking in the heart of East Cut neighborhood. Great service. Attendant always aims to please.

I hate to write bad reviews but... Left car for two and a half hours last Thursday on 05/15. I paid $27 and got my GPS stolen from the car! Very nice done by the valet parking . I filed complain on the company's web site.
