They replaced my stove igniters that went bad on my fulgor milano stove. Unfortunately the part was out of stock for sometime but they were super responsive on keeping me updated when the supplier had the replacement part back in stock.

We've used 10xRepair twice over the period of about a year. The first, to fix our washing machine, and the second to fix/service our freezer - which had super-dusty condenser and non-functioning evaporator fan (top of the freezer was warm, bottom was frozen).

When you have a defect in a major appliance that causes it to stop working, you want it fixed quickly, correctly, and for a fair price. These guys check all the boxes and we're happy and satisfied. We have them on speed-dial for our appliance-related challenges.

Had a lighter go out on my Wolf stove and an Ice maker on my Samsung fridge that froze over. Being an engineer, I took the whole thing apart and ruled out the simple fixes. I even thawed out the ice maker and it went right back to freezing up. Reluctantly, I took the hit to my ego and turned to Yelp for help.

I'm usually wary of these $70 diagnostic charges because they spend two minutes and sell you on a major job. The technician Ray was different and worth every penny. He showed up within 30 minutes and was very meticulous in diagnosing the problem. You can tell he had a deep knowledge of how these appliances work. He spent a good 30 minutes going step by step ruling out 5 different root causes before explaining to me why the control board is the issue.

We then moved onto the refrigerator. Having unthawed it before, I actually told him to just replace the whole thing. The technician actually down sold me and explained the real issue was the rubber gasket was broken allowing moisture to condense on the ice maker. A $600 job became half of what I was prepared to pay.

Very responsive. They helped me with an electric stove issue and informed me what parts they might need. In the long run it might be better to get a replacement stove even though I do like the current one we have. I highly recommend 10Xrepair service for your appliance needs

Ray came out to fix my refrigerator and freezer that had stopped working. He got it working again and a week later, the same thing happened.
