I was so pleased by the absolutely professional service I received from Juan along with the entire team at 24-7. I requested service late on Sunday night via the internet and being in a rush called early Monday morning. Not only did I get an immediate appointment booked when I called, I received a follow up from my internet request and a call from the answering service from a call Sunday where I hadn't even left a message. Juan was able to quickly determine and explain that I did need a new hot water heater (what I had expected since in was almost 20 years old). I told him that I absolutely needed to be out of the house by 3 he said it would be done by 2 pm. He most certainly is a man of his word. He was done and cleaned up by 1:30, so I even had time for a hot shower. I will most certainly return to them for future plumbing needs.

Diagnosed the issue very quickly and snaked and fixed the clog promptly. Pricing was also very fair considering it was 9 pm on a Sunday. Highly recommend. Thank you Sean!

Dan M.San Francisco, CA52236Apr 16, 2023It was Sunday morning and one of our neighbors told us our drain into the sewer system was backing up. 24-7 answered the phone on one ring and Sean was dispatched to check out our problem. He arrived within 15 minutes and set out to figure out what was wrong.
A snake wasn't up to the task. The pressure treatment was taking a while. But Sean was persistent and was able to fix it, making the more expensive set of repairs (which could have included excavation) unnecessary.

My main line backed up and flooded my garage on a Sunday night. Within 45 minutes of my phone call, Sean was at my house. He went over the options with me and I didn't feel pushed to do one or the other. After going with one, Sean worked to get my problem fixed! We are expecting the camera person to come by tomorrow, but I was very impressed with the services and the personnel!

Rate is $325 which is standard, please for the person who was mad about this rate in a different review, go ask around, this is what standard labor & tools cost in SF. Yes, it is pricey, but it is ultimately my fault for not being careful on what going down the kitchen drain. Thank you Enrico for your help on a Sunday! when a lot of plumbers are closed.

I would recommend 24-7 Rooter & Plumbing. We called them late Saturday night because we had a blockage/ flood. We scheduled an emergency visit, they assigned Mario to the job and he called us immediately. He was there first thing on Sunday morning to fix the issue.
