Super fast and helpful response from customer service team which was critical to event planning. Nice range of price selection/fleet. Transparent pricing and easy reservation/booking process. Billing also seamless. Everyone super friendly and helpful.

In terms of day-of, got driver's contact info ahead of time for easy communication. Right on time and even early. Clean executive sprinter with Bluetooth for music. Schedule and stops given to driver ahead of time which made logistics easy. Got to and from each place super easily. Would recommend.

We will be using this service again. Yerlan was our driver. He was punctual, professional and very helpful. He drove us both to and from the airport. The vehicle was very clean and had water for our family of 5. I found that the price was significantly better that other services. Because of this I was worried it was going to be a get-what-you-pay-for situation. Not at all! I couldn't be happier and will be using this service again.
After Yerlan dropped us off at home we discovered that our daughter left her backpack in the back seat. The plan was for me to drive to their office the next day to pick it up but it turned out that we all had Covid. I reached out to Yerlan the next morning and he was kind enough to agree to ship it that very same day. Above and beyond.

We used limo 5 star to shuttle our wedding guest back to the hotel from Sonoma to Petaluma. Driver got us back safe and sound. Austin and his team were able to answer all my questions and reached out promptly whenever we had concerns. They also have a variety of shuttle options. Would work with them again!

I booked Limo 5 Star for a trip to Napa from SF and it was a great experience. Firstly, they have the best rates I could find in the Bay Area and a great range of vehicles at different price points.

Our driver arrived on time and was very accommodating for any stops we needed to make and changing our drop off point.

We were 12 people in a sprinter van that could fit up to 18. They had comfortable seats, drink holders, and ability to play your own music.

Lastly, the booking process was very easy. I was able to communicate with the business via Yelp and make a reservation within a week's notice.

Great customer service, on time driver, clean vehicle!

We booked this bus for prom pretty last minute. Austin was extreme helpful and understanding during the booking process. Everything went smoothly and our driver, Jorge was awesome. He accommodated to everything we needed and was easily reached with a quick phone call.

The reason why I am leaving a 4 star is because the Bluetooth did not work. When we first got on the bus, we tried connecting it and it didn't work. Jorge ended up FaceTiming someone to ask how to do it. The guy over the phone was not very helpful and was acting like Jorge and I were doing something wrong when we were doing exactly as he was saying. We ended up starting our first drive with no music. I asked Jorge if he could try to figure it out for when we get back and he was very nice about it. Unfortunately he tried and was not able to. We ended up trying 3 times we got on the bus and it didn't work.

Other than the Bluetooth, everything went very well.

We used Limo 5 Star this past Saturday for a 25-person trip to Napa! The owner and manager, Ernest, was extremely communicative when scheduling the bus a month ago. The bus was large, clean and our driver Joseph was early and very accommodating. I would highly suggest using this company for any large trips moving forward.

My son and his friends were at a concert in SF that ended just before midnight. I wanted a reliable company that would not flake at the last minute to collect them and bring them to the South Bay. Communication was excellent, from start to finish. I would recommend and definitely use them again.
