Excellent! I requested yard cleanup and replacement of decorative rock underlayment (hardware cloth/weed barrier). Thiago from A&M Hauling and Demolition reached out quickly and offered to stop by to scope out the job. I thought to myself 'a demolition company? ' but a quick look at their Yelp reviews and I quickly realized they do a lot more than just demo and hauling! Thiago came by and showed up on time. We walked the job and he presented me a verbal quote on the spot. I wasn't sure how much a job like this would cost, but I knew it was a lot of work and it sounded good to me but didn't have any cost reference for this type of work. I got a few more quotes-- some were telling me to schedule a meeting, others offered an hourly rate with no indication of how many hours it would take to complete, or quoted me only for the yard cleanup and only said 'Yes, we can change the hardware cloth for an additional price.'

Thiago is a stand-up guy and left a good initial and all around impression. Following additional research, I realized the quote was highly competitive, so proceeded to schedule the work.

The team showed up on time and ready to begin. It took a full day's work for a crew of I think 7 to complete the front and side work, with a follow-up visit to finish up the back yard cleanup.

It would have taken me weeks to do even a small portion of the work they did-- that is, if I could ever overcome the procrastination and actually get started!

I was looking to have a storage unit emptied and got a few estimates when I started the project. Thiago's price was very competitive but I still checked everyone's rating on Yelp and was quite impressed that all his reviews were 5 stars. And found out through the pictures that he also does landscaping and yard work. So we scheduled for pick up after noon on a Saturday (2 days from when I started searching), gave him all my info and confirmed.

I got a text @ 7:20 am on Saturday asking if we can move it up to 9:30 am. Being that the weather wasn't exactly cooperating with us, I made a couple of calls to move appointments around and confirmed. He was very responsive and kept in touch all morning... great communication! His guys (Gabriel, Johnathan and another man whose name I didn't catch) were there a bit early but we got started a little after 9:30 and they were literally done in less than 30 minutes! Even cleaned up the storage unit after emptying it! I came prepared with a broom which I didn't need to use.

These guys are pros and you can tell that they've been doing a great job at it. Payment was a breeze since they literally take every form. They even followed me home to have a look at my backyard so I can explain what I was hoping to do with it. They took pictures and measurements for review and I can't wait to get the quote.

I will definitely be going directly to Thiago for future projects and recommending these guys to my friends and family in the area. All the 5-star reviews are well-deserved!

I had a massive pile of cardboard that needed to go and I had a quote in 15 minutes and they came by the next day! super easy, affordable, and excellent communication. can't wait to give them more of my business!!

I texted them at 1030am asking for a quote for garage cleanup. They gave me a quote which matched lowest quote for a company that asked 3 days notice. Except A&M could actually be there same day.

Within two hours Thiago and his crew showed up with a truck. In 90 minutes they completed the cleanup - not only hauling thing away but also sweeping floor and so on.

They were quick, courteous, efficient and fair value. True 5*.

Great customer service , Response time for me, was less than 10 minutes received a great quote for a haul out of my two bedroom apartment, They came on time they were very quick, took them less than 40 minutes even offered to clean afterwards which we politely declined but the guys were very fast super sweet, and so professional. I would recommend them for my friends and family !!! Again, thank you for the great service.

Contacted them, got a quote within minutes and in less than 1.5 hours they had picked up a large pile of junk. Perfect!

Sent my photos in through this App. Got my quote within minutes. Called to confirm quote included fees. Confirmed pick-up would be done between 1-3 PM today. Received a call to let me know the pick-up would be more towards the back end of the time slot. Received a text to let me know the name of who was doing the pick up and with how many guys to expect and to expect pick-up within 20 minutes. Started this project at 6:00 AM today and project completed by 2:30 PM today. Quote was the firm price. Tipped the guys and still far less than the franchises!!! Will only use these guys for my junk removal moving forward. Thank you A&M. Great professional service.

Such an amazing job!!! I'm so happy with A and M's fantastic service. Start to finish 100% awesome. From the lightning fast response and quote based on my before pictures, to every detail done exceptionally well and in a miraculously short amount of time. The whole team was professional and friendly and wonderful to work with.
