I recently had a technician from A-Z Appliance Repair Company come out to fix my leaking washing machine, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he was both professional and knowledgeable.

He quickly diagnosed the issue, explaining everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was done efficiently, and he even took the time to test the machine multiple times to ensure the leak was completely fixed. Additionally, he gave me some great tips on how to maintain the washer to prevent future issues.

The technician was punctual, courteous, and left the area clean after the repair. I highly recommend A-Z Appliance Repair Company for their excellent service and would not hesitate to call them again for any appliance repairs.

Wow! Now I know whom to call when I have a problem with my appliances. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Tech arrived on an early side of the appointment window. My tech was Igor, he was honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, he didn't have needed part to fix my fridge, but he returned the next day and fixed my fridge for a reasonable price. Yay!!! Time to go to buy groceries again. Highly

I cannot say enough good things about A-Z appliance repair. This company has repaired or made an assessment on whether a repair was possible on at least three of our appliances in the last few years. They are always responsive to service requests, either completing repair assessments on the same day or within one day of the request.

A few years ago, they fixed our fridge as it was leaking every time it went through its defrost cycle. They were able to repair it and since then no water has pooled by the base of the fridge, proving the quality of their repair.

On their last visit, their determination after testing the machine was that it was too costly to repair. I appreciated their advice on the sizing of our new machine and promptness of their visit, right within the service window.

Sam has been my go to person for so many years. He's a great and fairly honest person to dealt with.

Called with a question. He asked for more Information which I sent in email. Then ghosted. Don't repair people know we wait to speak to them before we keep calling others? So unprofessional and rude. He could have spent 25 seconds replying to the email.

Excellent service. Called and he was able to respond the same day. Prices were reasonable.

They were on time and very professional. Their quote was very reasonable and took approximately an hour. I would use them again and recommend their service.

Yavar was very professional and diagnosed the problem pretty fast. He didn't have the part and said he would return the next day. He came back and repaired the dryer within an hour! He was very nice and professional! I highly recommend A-Z Appliance Repair.

Sam has serviced our washer multiple times. Met Mike for the first time when our dryer broke down. Both are extremely knowledgeable, dependable and responsive (same day and on weekends).
