Ace Appliance Service

I have had some bad experiences with appliance repair, so I am always reluctant. Our microwave started tripping the circuit breaker. It is an over-the-range unit so getting a professional by makes more sense than just buying a new one. (Plus I hate the idea of throwing out appliances ...)

I never got his name, but the gentleman showed up, explained the problem, replaced a door switch, explained that all microwaves these days are made of cheap stuff that fails frequently, but hopefully the new switch buys us a few more years. Just under $200 and around half an hour to hopefully extend the service life of our 4yo $400 microwave by a few more years.

I'll definitely be calling them for the next problem. :)

Very happy with this company. Valerie was responsive with booking and confirming an appointment. Tom came on time, quickly diagnosed my Bosch Dishwasher problem and had the part on his truck so he could fix it immediately. Start to finish took an hour and Tom was neat and careful so no damage to my wood floors and cabinets. Highly recommend.

My latest service request from Ace was for a malfunctioning Kitchenaid combination wall oven. Valerie was really helpful with scheduling the service call. Tom arrived as scheduled and thoroughly analyzed the problem and gave helpful advice. Tom has helped me with numerous appliance repairs in the past. He is knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and does great work. I highly recommend Ace Appliance Service.

We have worked with this team several times for appliance repair needs over the years. They are honest, knowledgeable, very reasonably priced and always a pleasure to work with.

ACE Appliance Service is absolutely stellar. Monte was my service technician. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My Whirlpool Duet was displaying E01 and F08 codes which indicates a water level problem. Monty came three times to our home - once to diagnose the issue, then to replace a valve and then to replace a secondary valve. We were only charged for that initial service call. So incredible. I love my washer and am so glad not to have to purchase a new one or add this one to landfill. Thank you, thank you, ACE Appliance and Monte!

Wow - these guys were great! I called and got a next day appointment to check our leaky dishwasher. Monte arrived right on time and had the issue resolved in a half hour for a reasonable price. Much nicer to work with than other appliance repair we've used. I'll definitely reach out for service the next time we need it.

Our microwave stopped working with a "door" error message. The error message went away, but the microwave still didn't work. I called Ace on Wednesday afternoon; Valerie said they could be here on Friday and called back Thursday afternoon to confirm the time.

Tom was here on time, disassembled the microwave, found the problem (a fuse, not the door!), fixed it, and reassembled everything - total time, a little over 20 minutes including explaining things to me.

$40 for labor, $4 for the fuse, and $110 for the service call and I have a working microwave again.

I'll use Ace the next time I have an appliance problem. Highly recommended.

Valerie always picked up my calls promptly and didn't try to jerk me around about pricing or timing. When she said she'd double check the pricing and call me back shortly, she ACTUALLY called me back unlike SO many other businesses that just leave you hanging. 10 points to Valerie!

And I don't mean to put the pressure on Tom but you guys, he left my dishwasher and kitchen looking better than when he arrived! While he was realigning the dishwasher feet and the whole thing itself, he pointed out that the previous floor installers had incorrectly propped up my dishwasher with a piece of wood. So Tom went and adjusted the dishwasher so that it would stand up on it's own feet instead! Then he also adjusted it so that the dishwasher sat flush with my cabinets instead of sticking out like it had been before. You know, I had become so used to these things that I didn't even it could be better! And trust me, it looks really nice now. And works well too! :)

Thank you to Tom and Valerie! I don't wish more broken appliances upon myself but I do hope to work with them again soon, hahaha.

I had a complicated repair with my built-in dishwasher. Tom went above and beyond to fix it.

These gentlemen have fixed my refrigerator, my dryer and my dishwasher. Each time they have been able to trouble shoot and repair my appliances so they worked like new. Their prices are fair and I would give them 10 stars if I could.
