Yagub and his son Jack came today to replace the leaky solenoid water valve that feeds the ice maker in my refrigerator. Because the space was rather tight, it took a bit of patience and practical ingenuity to mount the new unit. They checked the finished work twice to assure both the inlet and the outlet connections are not leaking. Yagub also took the time to explain how the solenoid works with a magnetic on/off switch. I have full confidence in their workmanship.

Mr. Yagub responded to my call immediately. We made an appointment then he notified me by text that he would arrive within 30 minutes which was very helpful. He happened to have the water filter our refrigerator needed. Later, we found the filter housing was defective, so he ordered it online for delivery the following day. He came on time again and completed tha maintenance and filter installation. When we went over the estimate, he showed me the parts I needed online so I could note the costs. He gave me an estimate that never changed, and clearly explained all the steps I would need to repeat to do some maintenance in the future. He is a punctual, professional, and ethical. This is an outstanding business.

Yagub and Jack, responded to my request for repair of my stackable dryer that the timer was not shutting off. The dyer is about 20 years old I was concerned it would have to replaced, luckly Yagub was able to find the part on ebay. Jack came back a week later and replace the part . Our washing machine broke as we were getting ready to go out of town. MYC sent out their technician, Jack, who had the problem diagnosed within minutes.

Jack wrote an estimate including a line-item cost breakdown of the parts. His estimate was right around the price we paid to have the same problem fixed last year by another company.

He was honest enough to let us know the problem would likely come back, it's common on our machine; something the other company didn't do.

Jack was very responsive, professional, and honest. The next time we need a repair, we'll be calling MYC again!

Called Yagub on a Wednesday and asked him if he can service our dryer as well as a refrigerator. He gave me reasonable quote and I made an appointment for later that week. Jack (the technician) texted me with a time of arrival on our appointment day. He wore a mask, and was extremely respectful of our property. He serviced the refrigerator and I asked him if he could also service our second refrigerator. He did that and then took apart our dryer and cleaned the entire thing. Jack left the whole surface around the refrigerators as well as the dishwasher spotless. A+ for service and the mild manners!

Yagub came and fixed my AC system in a few hours. Works great again. Can recommend. His online scheduling system is especially useful.
