Air One Limousine Service

I had Air One scheduled to pick us up from our home to take us to SFO and also had them scheduled to pick us up from SFO and take us back home for our Chicago trip this past month.

When I spoke with the representative over the phone to schedule this, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly he quoted me for the service and how accurate he was with taking all my information down over the phone. Yes, he spoke perfect English, thank God! :P

Our first driver who drove us to SFO was punctual and courteous. It was one of the smoothest rides I've ever taken in a town car. I seriously could have fallen in a deep sleep.

Russell was our driver who picked us up from SFO and took us back home. He was super personable and a hilarious guy to talk to while you're in the car. He and my SBBF Brad C. were exchanging Navy stories left and right, which left me chillin just fine with my phone on hand. :)

This review is well overdue: A++++ Service! Not only are we pleased about their professional and punctual service, we highly recommend Air One service to all of our friends and family for any time we need transportation and/or any other special events.

When they pick us up from our home to bring us to our destination they're always earlier than expected and the driver(s) especially Russell and Olga (the owners) are very friendly, professional, and helpful. The drivers always take care of the luggage (both at pick up and at your destination). The vehicles are always spotless and very comfortable and overall a great, great service!!! They always have chilled bottles of water and often little candies for you to enjoy during your ride and upon special request champagne and/or wine.

We have used their service for the last 5-years we are very satisfied. We highly recommend Air One service; you won't be disappointed. Whether you need regular transportation service or for any type special event!!!

We have always requested the largest SUV in our profile when Russell & Olga used to run this service we never had a problem. I'm still bruised up from all the stuff I was cramped in the backseat with their mistake by sending a ridiculously small sedan that wasn't enough room for us and all the bags we had even going to the to the airport would not have sufficed. To pick us up after a 10-day trip with 6-8 bags of luggage, a computer bag and a 3-wheel walker is unacceptable not including my friend & I were smashed & cramped in the back seat like sardines. For them to charge us for $155.00 is outrageous for transportation that we couldn't fit a 1-peanut in that sedan when we finally got everything smashed & cramped into the Sedan is unacceptable. It was a very long journey from SFO airport to home in San Jose.

In addition, for them to charge for this transport from hell in a sedan that is insufficient is unprofessional and bad for business. We will find a different company from now on for all our future transportation requirements. We will never utilize their services again and it doesn't matter if they're offering us a complimentary transport on our next trip, which we are not interested in taking a chance with such incompetence. They had a large SUV in our profile forever, how all of sudden they sent a sedan for all the stuff we travel with is incompetent and unacceptable, we should have never accepted the sedan and had them send a real mode of transportation, instead of squeezing in like sardines between suitcases, carry on bags computer bags a three-wheel walker is absurd. Don't ever use them if you do not travel lightly, we on the other hand take many bags and including a 3-wheel walker, especially additional stuff on our return. We were originally picked up in a Cadillac Escalade, which was a tight fit for the bags in the back. However, we were very comfortable. I don't expect any consistency with this company for transportation. In addition, I paid for 2-luggage carts since we had so many bags, you would think that a transportation company would have done this not this company.

Tried getting a quote for a 45 minute shuttle ride on a stretched limo. Reply? It's $100/hr and 5 hours minimum. I insisted that they read my email and understand that it's a shuttle ride. They came back with $150 in a sedan. Once again, I asked them to read my email because I specifically told them I wanted the quote for a stretched limo. On top of that if I ran the same quote on their website, it came back as $130. WOW! Is there any other way you don't want to provide a service to a new customer?

f there were a Sixth star, I'd give it to them. They are my go to guys for home to Airport
and vice versa. They have never stranded me, their drivers are always sharply dressed and courteous, and they give me a discount for repeat business. If you live in the South Bay and need to get to the Airport in style without paying an arm and a leg, Air One is your go to Car Service!

WOW! I was impressed and that's not easy to do. Here's the story. I was long overdue in setting up a birthday party for my youngest daughter and finally got my act together and put together a dinner & sleepover with friends. Two days before the event I thought to myself, "I wonder how much a limo would cost" that would really make it special for these young girls. I was also thinking it was a Friday night and prom season should be over. What the heck, I'd give it a try. So I checked out YELP and called Air One based on the reviews.

From the moment they picked up the phone, the service was excellent. I wasn't oversold on something I didn't need. I was very specific that I didn't even have a budget for this expense but was looking into it as an option for my daughter's birthday. They worked with me and gave me an offer I could not refuse. I ended up being the hero to my daughter and her girlfriends. Carrie, our driver, was TOP NOTCH! I will request her next time I need an airport transfer or night on the town.

BTW, in light of the limo fire incident on the San Mateo Bridge last year, they offer the safer alternative of blacked out SUVs. The Denali that picked us up was immaculate and the girls advised me that it was the same car that the celebrities arrived in at the Kids Choice Awards. So there's that too.

EXCELLENT Service! I called several places and found Air One to be accommodating, friendly and a good price. We were traveling Dec 25 and returning Jan 1st, with pick up in San Jose and flying out of SFO. Several services had "holiday pricing" which was about double the regular rate.

We experienced two drivers: both were helpful, drove very smoothly, offered good advice to navigate the airport and were right on time.

Should I have a need for car service in the future, I will call them first!

We used Air One for the first time this past weekend and what a wonderful experience. We had a party to go to so I was going to reserve a Sedan for a few hours but when I called to make the appointment, Olga suggested a point-to-point service which would be less expensive. When someone offers you an option that makes more sense for you financially, you know they care more about customer service than making more money off of you. For that, we will use them again and again. Neil, our driver, was terrific and the car was super clean.

Already extremely reasonably priced, Air One will park the town-car and personally assist your guest for a very small additional fee of $15.00 Very personal and attentive service!

If you are arranging transportation for someone elderly, disabled, limited-language or otherwise in need of additional assistance, use Air One and ask for the "Greeting Service" for both pick-ups and drop-offs. This special service was a real blessing for my guest. Great peace of mind for me.
