Very tardy update to my original review: Everything turned out great!

I was contacted by Alameda Auto Body on 4/18 that my mirror came in, and they replaced it 4/22.

They were especially accommodating about scheduling--they told me to just swing by whenever was convenient, and sure enough, his team swapped in the mirror while I waited. Marcus was great again, and the Alameda Auto Body team left me happy with the experience!

Alameda Auto Body Shop was definitely a Body Shop I would only recommend to anyone! Great customer service, price, and quick with great quality of work!

I took my car in for repairs after my collision. Nhan at Alameda Auto Body shop took care of the situation from start to finish. I trusted him with my car and he definitely did not disappoint. He updated me with everything my car had to go through and was very kind. Nhan also helped me with everything including getting me a ride to and from the car rental. I didn't have to really deal with AAA because Alameda Auto Body shop took care of everything.

After an accident/collision, there's always so much headaches, but Alameda Auto Body shop made sure to keep the whole transaction quick and smoothly.

My car was vandalized about a week ago and the person pulled the plastic windshield seal off the right side of my car. I researched auto-body places in Alameda and decided to take my car to Alameda Auto Body to get an estimate for replacing the item damaged. I was told I needed to order the item from Oakland Honda and then take it back to Alameda Auto Body to install it. I went over to Oakland Honda and the items I needed were in stock and available to purchase $200 for big piece of plastic!. I ask how much it was to install there and they said $200 where Alameda Auto Body quoted me $40. I purchased the items I needed and took my car back to Alameda auto body! It only took them 45 mins to install and fix my car! Marcus was the mechanic I spoke to and he refused payment when I picked up my car. I was shocked and thanked him. I received excellent service and I was pleasantly surprised by his kindness. I will be back for sure for all of my auto body needs in the future! Thanks Marcus

My car got hit by Chevrolet Silverado on the driver side :( When I called my insurance to file a claim, they were able to give me a website that located the auto body shop that works well with them. If you have National General Insurance / Encompass / Allstate, this place definitely knows what they're doing!

Before I found this location, I did call the first one near me and unfortunately that location didn't accept new clients until 2 weeks out... When I called this location, they immediately told me I can come in next day for an inspection & evaluation. I was really happy that they were able to do what they need to next day. My car was still somewhat drivable, so I didn't have to leave it at their location, but if your car is completely unsafe and not drivable, it's best to call them ahead of time if they have space to leave your car there.

When I got to this location, the friendliest front desk gentleman helped me out, his name was Tian. He was super helpful and knowledgeable! He truly pays attention to details when it comes to the inspection of your damaged car. He helped me order all the parts that my car needed, and it came within 3 business days!

Once the parts arrived, I was able to drop off my vehicle next morning. Tian and another gentleman, Marcus, helped me out during the drop off process; it was smooth and easy! They were kind enough to order me a Lyft back home, since I had no ride. One thing I love about this place is that, they send you a website to see the status of car being repaired! Never in my life I would experience an auto body shop using a system like this. This team is VERY responsive through e-mail communication; if I ever had any questions, they would answer in a reasonable amount of time.

I love how this team truly cares about their customers and are passionate about what they do. That's the true value of an auto body shop. The feeling that you're part of their family and your vehicle are in good hands! I would totally highly come back to this location for any future repairs (hopefully not car accident ones). Kevin (the owner) truly built an amazing team full of hardworking people, and you'll definitely get your moneys worth!

Brought my Honda in for a estimate following a collision. I had been recommended by two friends to this body shop. The representative was great. He did up thorough check of the car. He wrote up an estimate and it was approved by my insurance. Since I needed the car and it was drivable , he took a down payment for the part and we scheduled the actual repair to be done in 2 to 3 days. Highly recommend.

Today I had the most amazing experience at Alameda Auto Body! I believe the manager or owner's name is Marcus.
He provided exceptional customer service! I've rarely experienced this level of customer care! Their work quality was impeccable, pricing was very competitive, and customer service skills are unmatched!
I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for any future needs! You nor I will regret it!

The best auto body shop around! The entire team is reliable and trustworthy! Thank you for working within my budget and doing an excellent job. I am grateful.

My low rating is mainly due to the fact that after I picked up my 2004 ZHP I drove home to Petaluma from Alameda. the next day I drove it up to Santa Rosa where when driving in a parking lot a guy told me my car was making a weird sound when I drove by him. Long story short, all but one of my lug nuts were so loose I could unscrew by hand!! Someone forgot to tighten them and having driven highway speeds for well over an hour, I could have been seriously injured or even killed.

The rest of the complaints are minor such as ordering the wrong bumper and corner lights. It looks good and the guys were really nice, but I can't get past the one severe error.

Well done! The employees are great and very friendly specially Marcus. Thank you so much for getting the repair done earlier than expected. I highly recommend this auto shop for any auto repairs.

I worked with Alameda Auto Body to reattach my bumper and install a new fog light cover. They were so friendly, helpful, and prompt. They told me exactly which parts I needed to order from my car manufacturer so I could get those directly and then did the installation in less than 15 minutes. Awesome service, so kind and helpful. I'll be back when I need a new bumper, which in Oakland, will likely be soon. Thanks, Marcus and team!
