Sal is better than best.

He came out quickly, accurately diagnosed the root causes of problems with my Viking range, and recommended and implemented repairs that fixed the problem complete, accurately, and quickly.

He also has a great style (honest, great communicator, and very sincere) and explains how and why things on the range worked the way they do. This exceeded my expectations as I had been using the burners in the wrong way. This had nothing to do with the problems I was experiencing; it was just a few things that he offered without me asking to help me optimize performance.

I really appreciate his work and approach. Honestly, I consider Sal my trusted advisor and would not hesitate to contact Appliance Doctor again and ask for Sal. As I said, he is better than best.

I had a broken washing machine and called Appliance Doctor. Eli the technician came out and was courteous and on time. He had to order a part and install it at a later date. He was running late on the install but called to give me a heads up. He did a good job and the estimate was spot on. Overall a positive experience!
