I called and got an appointment the next day to repair a lazy washing machine. The gentleman who arrived exactly on time diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part on his truck and within minutes I had a working clothes washer. The gentleman was polite and put everything back in place. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

People - don't waste customers time by getting name, last name, phone number, and on and on... just to tell them at the end of that painful exercise that you don't serve that area. Evolve please

As it turns out, my first experience, which I didn't rate well, was not at all the norm for All Brand Appliance Repair. I ended up having a great conversation with their wonderful office manager, Kristina, and she dispatched the best appliance repair person I ever met. Emil has an engineering background and quickly diagnosed what turned out to be a problem that was quite difficult. He promptly returned the next day with the necessary part and fixed our dryer. It is now working perfectly. From now on I will call this company for appliance repair.

I called All Brand Appliance Repair and got their receptionist right away. She was able to send out 2 techs the next morning to check on our LG fridge which wasn't working. I was impressed they could come out so quickly on a weekend and were on time to the appointment we set. Super nice guys- friendly and efficient. I called All Brands Appliance Repair because my Thermador cook top burners were not lighting. I was able to make an appointment right away. I was offered two service windows and I choose 9-11 am. Alex arrived at 9:30am. After introducing himself he got right to work. He discovered the problem immediately. He explained the costs to repair and the challenges he has experienced fixing the type of unit I own. Alex helped me determine the best solution for me was to replace the cook top.

I got in touch with All Brand when my refrigerator died. They scheduled an appointment the next day and were on time. The repairman was prompt and polite. I appreciated his honesty when he told me the refrigerator was not worth fixing - it would cost as much to fix and replace.

I have had them out to the house before to fix other appliances and I have to say their service is great! I very much recommend them. I will be calling them again.
