What a great day - not only did Emil save my Sub Zero refrigerator, but he also saved all the food inside off it. He was able to come on the same day and showed up right on time with an inexpensive option, and a more advanced one as well - telling me the pros and cons of both. He was also training an apprentice and walked him through the whole experience while helping me with a leaky faucet!!

Very responsive and customer oriented company. So easy to setup an appointment. Emil texted me 15 minutes before arriving on-site and showed up right on time. He assessed the issue with my drawer dishwasher in no time and fixed it in less than 25 minutes. Emil is on top of his game. Besides that, he's a good communicator and very friendly gentleman.
I have already referred him to our building manager who is always looking for professional and reliable vendors!!

I was having problems with an older sub-zero refrigerator and reached-out to multiple service companies. Emil from All Brand responded promptly and his clear, precise message made him the easy choice to move-forward with.
We scheduled the appointment for the following day; 15- minutes before scheduled arrival time, Emil called to alert me to his arrival.
He wore a mask, removed his shoes and put-on gloves before entering. He did a quick, efficient assessment of my refrigerator after carefully removing the items inside. He then explained his diagnosis and gave me an estimate of the anticipated cost. I authorized the work and to my surprise, he had all the necessary parts in his truck.
He made the repairs and worked seamlessly. He even discovered some additional minor problems, and made those repairs.
Upon completion, he put all of the items back into the refrigerator in a neat, organized manner.
When he presented the bill, it was actually less than he quoted!
I would not consider using anyone other than Emil of All Brands for future appliance repairs.

Emil did an excellent job repairing my Miele washer and dryer when they broke down. Came out for a quick diagnosis the next day, received the replacement parts a couple of days later and was back to complete the repair the following day. No problems since then. Will be my first call if I have any further issues with any of my appliances.

Emil is brillant and can repair anything no matter how complicated. This is my second review and I am equally pleased. After bringing my 30 year old SubZero fridge back to life Emil fixed my 25 year old Dacor oven. These appliances are old but they are actually built to last. It just takes a knowledgeable person to know how to repair them. I am so glad this company exists. Grateful!

Our Bosch dishwasher starting making noise when we ran it. I found All Brand Appliance Repair on Yelp. It was easy to message them and schedule an appointment. Emil came and diagnosed the problem right away. He went online, found the necessary part and ordered it while standing in our kitchen. I really appreciated the price transparency and the efficiency. He sent me a text when the part arrived and we easily scheduled the appointment to install it. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. The whole process was painless and reasonably priced. I will DEFINITELY call All Brand Appliance Repair the next time we have appliance issues.

I have a Kenmore Elite Dual Fuel range and the oven suddenly stopped heating.
I sent a message via Yelp to All Brand Appliance Repair and Kristina responded within the hour. I followed up with a phone call and spoke with Omar who was very polite over the phone, which is a huge plus! He set me up with an appointment for the following morning. About an hour later, Omar called and said that he had a technician in my area who was almost done with his job and could come to me right after! Awesome!
Technician Emil came and he was very nice, knowledgeable, and honest. He found the problem within the computer panel and offered repair options with recommendations on the cheapest way.
He gave me a quote way higher than the actual bill. (under $220!) The work comes with a 90 days warranty, so I'm pretty happy with that.
Emil had to leave to get the part, but he came back to finish the job within hours. He was thorough and humorous. I would definitely recommend Emil and this company to my friends and anyone who's in the market for a fair and honest appliance repair job. My oven works like new! Thanks again, Emil!

I had an excellent experience with Emil at All Brand. He came same day, and at the beginning of the stated service window. Very pleasant and efficient. He quickly diagnosed our problem (broken compressor on our Sub-Zero freezer), replaced the part (had it on-hand), and was on his way in less than an hour. I will definitely call on them again!

I needed the freezer part of my 20+ year old Sub-Zero repaired. Emil and Sergei completed an evaporator assembly, compressor assembly and heat exchanger. They did the work on august 4th, I waited until October 20th to post this review to make sure the repairs were working. I'm happy to say, the subzero works like new. It was especially nice to have an ice maker during the recent very hot weather in SF. Before the repair, Emil came by to look at the subzero. I find Emil to be thorough, knowledgeable and honest about the repairs that need done. When then came to fix the unit, Sergei was outstanding, he is an expert at repairs, was timely and thorough. This is the third time I've used All BRand for repairs [once for my stove, once for the refrigerator side of the subzero), and I would describe the overall experience as excellent.

We had a Samsung dishwasher stop working about 10 min into the cycle. It would flash the heavy and Auto buttons simultaneously which was some sort of over water error.

Emil came in and found the error quickly. He had the new part and fix in place all within 24 hours.

Emil was terrific! Prompt, professional, friendly, caring. He explained exactly what the problem with our oven and fridge were, was able to fix our oven on the spot (he actually had the parts with him- he didn't have to order them- wow!), and has promised to call us back regarding other parts for the stove and fridge.
