All Brand Appliance Repair

Last December my refrigerator broke down. I googled the web and found All Brand Appliance Repair. They sent Serge to my house. Serge was wonderful and I was very impressed with his professional knowledge. He quickly fixed the problem and suggested us also to replace our circuit breaker which I did. He was also very personable and polite. My experience with All Brand and Serge is a positive and great one. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their quick response and their expert work force especially Serge. Thanks All Brand and thanks Serge!

My Wolf 6 burner gas range oven, about 12 years old, kept shutting off on me. The power would just turn off and the oven would not be usable. I've worked with several appliance repairman before who always seem mystified on what the problem could be. Serge came out and was amazing in his ability to diagnose the problem. Very knowledgeable in his craft. Highly recommend! I will definitely be a returning customer for any future appliance repair needs.

Another Adventure with Serge, the Sub Zero Whisperer. So it's a couple of days before vacation. Water all over the floor in front of my old Sub Zero. This time "it's curtains" for the fridge. Before leaving town, all the food in the freezer would have to go. Serge to the rescue. Same day visit, a 5 minute fix to Evaporator pan & how to avoid problem in future (impressed hubby with thst one) and Voila! the Sub Zero lives. Once again Serge worked his magic without a top hat. Thanks for saving the vacation.

Another YELP review convinced me to give this place a try. And I am so glad I did. If you are hoping to keep an old Sub Zero going just a little bit longer, Serge is the man for the job. Most efficient, on time repair calls I've ever had and no BS. One visit to diagnose, one visit to install new parts with 2 hour windows for appointments. Serge seems to know everything. He's fixed my sub-zero fridge and my Jenn air stove and responds immediately. And he's really fast. Nothing seems to stump him. And if something is under warranty or if it's a recall, he'll let you know instead of trying to get extra work out of the deal. He's great!

My Fridge broke this morning and they were here this afternoon, a few hours after I called and an hour before the scheduled appointment. Serge is a straight shooter who told me what was wrong with the circuit board. He went to his truck and he fixed it right away. He even double checked the back of the freezer and steamed out the accumulated ice in the back of the freezer. It was quick and relatively painless. I will use them the next time something in my house breaks.

Serge was fantastic! He planned his visit around my schedule, arrived on time, and fixed my washing machine. He was professional and courteous. The washing machine works great and now I know it can't handle my comforter...

Our 15 yr old Gaggenau dishwasher started leaking all over our kitchen. After cleaning up the mess and shutting off the water supply we called All Brand. They scheduled an appointment for the next day and called back the next morning to see if it was OK if they came earlier than expected!
Serge showed up well within the 2 hour window and quickly assessed the problem (a faulty valve) and had the part on-hand to make the repair. He worked quickly and efficiently, even offered some advice on our maintaining our Wolf range!
All in all, All Brand was a great experience and a successful repair. Based on this one experience, I highly recommend them!

I have nothing but rave reviews for All Brand Appliance...particularly Serge! The knob on my dyer cracked and fell off leaving my dryer non-operational. I ordered a replacement knob thinking I could repair it myself, but once the part came, I was unable to put it on. This is where Serge came to the rescue! Very professional outfit. Scheduling was a breeze! Serge was punctual, quickly diagnosed the problem with my Viking refrigerator and did the necessary repairs to get the refrigerator cooling the way it should! Very reasonable and professional! Highly recommended!

Serguei (Serge) is a wonderful technician! He arrived on-time and was very thorough. He listened to me, my concerns, and my Bosch dishwasher. Likewise, he quickly isolated the problem with my LG combination washer/dryer. For both, he identified the problem source, showed me the cost of repair (parts and labor)...AND, while always advising that a repair-or-replace decision was up to me, he quickly found replacement costs, helping me to make the EASY DECISION TO USE ALL BRAND APPLIANCE REPAIR FOR MY APPLIANCE REPAIR NEEDS!

My dishwasher's been having problems, but strange and intermittent ones. Serge has come out, and each time he's gotten it working, only to have it start acting up again after he's gone. He keeps coming back out to look, though, and he's always been able to get here by the next day at the latest. The commitment and convenience is greatly appreciated.
