AP Appliance Repair

Vlad was assigned to work on my Whirlpool Cabrio dryer; the belt and parts were worn out so the barrel of the dryer wasn't spinning. Well, Vlad took care of it in record time. He was very nice and a well mannered gentleman. AP Appliance was called via our home warranty. I'm so happy with Vlad, his work, AP Appliance, and my now working dryer.

I like that AP Appliance kept in contact via text message with me w the appointment reminder. The guy who initially called to schedule the appointment was nice also.

An overall perfect experience which is nice because I have a husband, kids, dogs, pigs, a house to take care of and everything else

My 10 year old Jennair range/oven stopped working. I requested service from the Jennair website. It directed me to schedule an appointment for about a week later. (We would live without the oven until then). The next day (Monday) Alex from AP Appliance Repair in San Rafael called me to get some details, and he told me that Oleg (in Petaluma) would be able to come the next afternoon. That worked for me. Oleg came and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It was an over igniter failure, a very common failure for an oven of my age. He had the generic version of the part. Oleg and AP Appliance Repair did a great job, were timely, friendly, and did it for reasonable fee. My oven works again now! We can have a pizza this Friday!

Very professional and compassionate service. I had a bad experience with another company that ghosted me at an appointment time before a holiday weekend. They accommodated me with a fast appointment and were able to fix my appliance during the visit, so I was very grateful. Will turn to them again for any future needs!

We were connected to AP Appliance Repair via our home warranty company. Vladimir was so helpful with fixing our broken freezer! He showed up right on time, was very friendly and professional. Not sure what the pricing is normally but we were very happy! Thanks again!

Vlad came and assessed the leak from the dishwasher. He pinpointed the exact issue and provided a solution. Vlad is very knowledgeable and professional as well as courteous. Would definitely do business with them again!

Kitchenaid forgot to send the work order for our new dishwasher problem. Alex at AP was very helpful on the phone and squeezed us in after the work order was approved. Vladimir came and fixed the offending spray arm in the dishwasher. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Great service!!!!

They were able to come out and help fix my refrigerator ahead of schedule. It was quick and easy.

They responded faster than anyone else on Yelp. The tech was here within 30 minutes. He was able to temporarily make the issue go away by powercycling our Microwave.

I still had to pay $100 for the visit. However, he said that I wouldn't have to pay that fee again the next time the issue happens.

Sadly I have to write this review. I made an appointment with AP appliances. They were very responsive in the beginning. On the day of diagnostics the man arrived and was unsure what he was doing. He was asking about insurance and payment before even seeing the oven. Then when going to the panel box he asked for help on how to open it. Which was another red flag. After going back to the oven he was confused on where to start and what to do. Lastly after only being here for about 5 minutes he just left confused. I have reached out to the company a few times to understand what had happened and if they could send someone else. Now all of a sudden they aren't responding and ignoring all calls. Just save your time, energy and money and try a different company that won't be rude and ignore a problem they could have easily handled.
