The team at Attic Solutions was fantastic! They were super respectful and efficient throughout the whole process. When they conducted the inspection, they explained the process clearly and answered all our questions. Even when a bit of an issue came up, they were incredibly accommodating and got it fixed fast. They are amazing- highly recommend them for any attic needs!

I primarily utilize their services for attic and crawlspace insulation replacement as well as rodent proofing. Overall, Attic Solutions is a fantastic company to collaborate with.

My situation has some similarities to the 1-star review left by user Kristi L., but I am giving a 5 star review. My bottom line, TLDR: They are a professional outfit, but make sure to go over expectations regarding what "rodent proofing" entails before hiring. I hired them because I could not fix my rodent issue, and despite their best efforts, I still have rats.

I had (spoiler: still have) rats in the attic of a 2 story home, as well as on the first floor (slab foundation home). Dan gave the initial consultation. He understood that I was concerned about the rats and did not care so much about the insulation. My position was, don't change the insulation until we're positive that the rats are gone! He was very confident that there would be no issues. He touted the 1-year warranty (so if any new insulation was soiled by rats, they would replace it), and ran some napkin math explaining that I may as well hire them for the full service (insulation & rodent proofing) because they can replace the insulation for much cheaper than I could by myself. Sounded like a slam dunk!

We haven't noticed any rat activity in the attic, but they have returned to the downstairs units. Joshua sent out works several times, they've been great, they've really tried to help us seal out any entrance / exit these rats could be accessing...unfortunately, we have not met with success.

I had another talk with Joshua, and we agreed that Dan may have "oversold" us on the service, but at this point, they have done all that they can. Their service was on the attic, and it seems that the rats are getting in from somewhere else. They will stand by their one year warranty on the attic. But they cannot rodent proof the entire house. They gave a lot of service and value for what I paid them for, but my issue is beyond their ability.

So ultimately, I give them 5 stars despite being dissatisfied with the outcome. They are a good company and I believe that they are addressing the issue that led to my dissatisfaction. My disappointment is because of the gap between what Dan promised and what the ultimate outcome is. Joshua agreed to address this with Dan to ensure that future customers don't share my disappointment.

Angel and his team were fast, efficient, and super communicative. When we found rodents in our house, they came promptly to inspect the crawl space and attic, and recommend solutions.

The work of rodent proofing our crawl space, cleaning the crawl space and attic, and reinsulating our attic took less than two days.

Absolutely fantastic. We had a terrible mouse + rat infestation in a large house. Attic Solutions removed the insulation from the crawl space, cleaned up all the poop, and sealed all the holes. We waited 3 weeks to confirm that there were no entries to the house remaining, and then they re-insulated the house. Fantastic work, great communication, and it comes with a one-year warranty (that I hope we won't need).

Kudos to Angel, our project manager, he was great.

I live in a home built circa 1907 with a crawlspace underneath. Several years ago, the house started to smell very musty. The smell was hard to describe and occurred intermittently. I invested in multiple air purifiers and had various contractors visit to try to determine the source. One contractor who inspected for mold informed me of a rodent infestation. After speaking with multiple vendors, I selected Attic Solutions to encapsulate the crawlspace, insulate my attic, and perform rodent extrusion as needed. Angel and his crew arrived right on time, provided their service rapidly and left behind no sign they'd been there. They were meticulous. Best of all, the smells and odors have been entirely eliminated! I am so happy with their work. The crawlspace acts as the lungs of our homes. While we frequently ignore them, we do so at our own peril. Greatly appreciate Attic Solutions and recommend them to any neighbors seeking work in their areas of expertise. 10 of 10 would hire again.

The team at Attic Solutions was great. They were responsive and very friendly. Dan was responsive and quickly swung by our home to inspect our attic. He was courteous and the team provided a fair & competitive price after vetting 4-5 different companies.

Not only that, they were willing to work around my schedule (I'm in the midst of installing HVAC) and split the work into two days so that our HVAC team could work with a clean attic. Photos show before & after.

The day-of crews were also great. They were polite, made sure to clean up after themselves, and treated our home with care and respect. I was shocked to find the attic so clean after their work - it even had a fresh smell to it! The HVAC guys who came after were also impressed with the work and commented on the superb job Attic Solutions did.

Would recommend them for your insulation and attic cleaning needs.

We had the attic totally cleaned out. 36 year old R30 fiber glass insulation removed, attic vacuumed, sanitized. Plenty of rat remains, faeces and urine traces. New R38 fiber glass insulation installed. Then openings sealed. Under the eaves too. The crawl space was also inspected, and the openings that needed additional chicken wire were fixed.

Totally pleased with the result. Joshua the owner was professional, Dan the technician who wrote the proposal was clear and personable, and Angel and his crew were polite, tidy, informative and thorough.

Highly recommend.

Ricardo and his team did a good job of ending our rat problem. Its been over 2 weeks and no sign of the unwelcome visitors.
First they did a walk around the house outside then inside explaining what their plan was. Then they executed their plan.
While cleaning the crawl space they noticed that 1 duct was being used by the rats to live in. They had already taken pictures and recommend removal and repacement. Once agreed to they removed the rat duct and showed me.
Several years ago we had the kitchen completely remodeled. Behind several cabinets there openings in the floor and walls made during cabinet installation. We never knew. The automatically they covered the openings with wire mesh.
I highly recommend Ricardo and team for their work.
