I called Boris at 10:30pm and he was at house by 11pm. He cleared my sewer drain quickly and was very professional and complete. Bay Area Plumbing is my new "go to" plumbing service.

Had a water heater go out on me. Contacted Bay Area Plumbing early in the morning and Boris got back to me really quickly... I sent him some requested photos and he was able to to get me a new water heater and started the replacement project by 230PM.

Boris responded very quickly to our post, and showed up within the hour to fix our faucet. He found other issues our previous contractor overlooked and quickly fixed them and left us with a much more functional kitchen!

I've used Bay Area Plumbing twice for a clogged sink and once for a replacement hot water heater. I shop around each time and their prices always seem fair and competitive. Dispatcher is very knowledgeable and the plumbers are fast, efficient, and honest.

Used their website to request an appointment. No response. Called in and requested service. Was told the plumber doesn't like to work in my area of the city so will have the plumber call to confirm if they can help. No response.

Bad leak under my kitchen sink when I used my dishwasher. Boris came within a couple of hours of my call; identified, explained, and fixed the problem; all for a reasonable fee.

This is my second positive experience with Boris-- Bay Area Plumbing is now my go-to.

Boris has been out to our house in SF twice. Both times he was either on time
or early. One time was to clear a drain and the second time was to replace a faucet cartridge and a faulty shut off valve. Both times he was very professional and his work was top notch. Our previous regular plumber is mostly retired now; Bay Area Plumbing is our plumber for life. I don't think you can find a better plumber.

For about a month I had been having problems with my air gap shooting out water whenever I ran my dishwasher. I looked on YouTube and unsuccessfully tried to fix it myself by cleaning the air gap from the top. I had used Boris before for my family home so I knew he was reliable and trustworthy. We set up a time, he arrived 10 minutes early and he replaced my air gap (12.99) and hose (9.99) and charge me his hourly fee (250.00) for labor. It took him about 20 minutes to fix the problem and I am VERY happy. I do believe this is the going rate since I had some electrical outlets that were out and it cost me the same hourly rate to have an electrician come out and fix the problem. I had some trouble reaching him through Yelp and he told me it's better to just call him rather than message him on Yelp. I highly recommend Boris to anyone.

Did an excellent job!!! I recently contacted the company, and the next day they were at my house on time and very courteous. They are very responsive and transparent about all costs up front.
