While this review is for Ruben that jetted the pipe for us, the whole team I worked with was awesome. When two other plumbers had come and gone, these guys persevered and were able to unblock the pipe that was rendering our toilet and shower useless for a week. Moe diagnosed the issue first, quoted me right away and spent the time to speak to my insurance to solve my problem. Out of curiosity, I hung around when Ruben performed the jetting with the camera and pressurized hose. He really seemed to have the patience of a saint as my pipes didn't budge for a solid 30 minutes. He was finally able to unclog it and surveyed the pipes, answering my questions along the way and measuring different parts I was curious about.

I had a clogged sink and my usual plumber buddy who live up the street from me of course was in Tahoe for the weekend. I called 2 companies in Half Moon Bay both of which were booked out 2-3 weeks. Did some yelp searching and saw good review so lobbed in call. They picked up right away and within 2 hours a guy was here. Very good guy and said that he would recommend that while I have him do the snake also to replace most of the parts under my sink. I told him that I appreciated that but I have a friend who is a plumber, he said he would try to make it work. He found the clog, and got everything back together with no leaks

Great service for leaking water heater!
Our water heater finally called it quits ironically on Saturday morning so we were unsure how long we'd have to wait for a repair. However, Jesse was ringing our doorbell at 8:30am on Monday to inspect and propose a replacement. Jaime came to install the new water heater shortly after, and everyone was fixed before 3pm.

I've been using Caccia now for over a year for many plumbing needs - from installing a new sink/vanity, new auto Toto toilet, to clogged drains and a constant drip in our shower.

Miracle workers for this non-profit. Caccia answered my call and did the estimate the next week. The staff (total of 5 between estimator to electrician to plumber) were all ultra professional and courteous. The business associate bent over backwards to stay within our initial estimate and time limitations. Even the receptionist was a spirit-lifter! Thank You Caccia!

I requested a quote from Anthony of Caccia Plumbing when I had a less than a 1 yr old booster pump installed by my builder started leaking. Anthony and his front staff were responsive and extremely transparent on pricing and schedule.
I got a quote from several companies to replace the booster engine and decided to go with Caccia and am so glad I did - they were punctual and the quality of their work was solid.

I've got no axe to grind, but just stating the facts: They said they would be here at 10am after our water was shut-off by the town. The repair was to replace a shower diverter valve. The water was shut-off at 9:30 am and I called them right away to let them know. Instead, they re-routed our plumber to another job and I had to keep calling in for updates as to when someone would be here.
They kept stalling. After waiting around for 5 hours without water I cancelled the job. Terrible customer service in my opinion, but for what it is worth, they were apologetic, after the fact. It was a wasted day.
The story had a good outcome. I ended up hiring a local independent plumber who did an excellent job at half the price of Caccia's estimate (which I was thought was crazy high to begin with, but gave them the benefit of the doubt because I did not know any better). Booked online easy enough for a sewer lateral replacement and home bathroom addition. Then customer service called the next day to reschedule the appointment from the time I selected..no big deal. Then day of service, get a text that a different person will be coming 3 hours earlier than expected. Customer service calls to say this was an error, right person still coming at right time. 2 people show up earlier than expected, luckily meetings over for my day so no big deal. Spend 1 hour going over things, measuring, generally very friendly. Then 1 week passes without any estimate...emailed customer service asking for an update, they say someone will get back within 2 days....been over 2 weeks, still no estimate or response. I guess they aren't interested in a $40k plumbing job. Being in sales myself, I find this unbelievable that you would turn away a customer ready to start work asap. Happy to use another company though, messaged received.

Caccia has been very helpful in assisting us on a spot repair with our sewer lateral. Ofa on day one has been extremely thorough in his estimates taking lots of measurements and answering any questions I had. Ofa and his team came out and did the repair making sure they cleaned up everything. I cannot recommend Caccia enough Ofa is the kind of person you would want to take on any of your plumbing repair.

Meh for Viessman boiler repair - misdiagnosed and charged a lot of money for it. Nice folks but had to hire a different contractor to solve the problem.
