      Sal came recommended to us by a contractor and he has gone above and beyond. He showed up right away and was very friendly & professional. He collaborated with us to fix a tricky dryer situation squeezed into a tight space - and did so in a very budget conscious way for us.

      And then, since then, he has gone above and beyond to help us diagnose subsequent issues over the phone. He helped us to realize that our issue was likely a vent issue (which requires Duct / HVAC people vs. Appliance). He was not just trying to take our money for no reason. As a result, Sal will be our 'go-to' appliance guy for any issues we have in the future!

      Nothing but issues with my Summit refridgerator... worked with two other repairman (paid their bill but nothing was fixed) so called Summit for qualified repairmen. Sal at Continental came out and found and fixed my problem. That teeny tiny bit of lint floating in the air made its way into the super teeeeeeny water funnel causing a frozen water situation that kicked my freezer's butt. Sal found it, cleaned out the funnel and voila! I am beyond grateful and his attention to my problem meant I didn't have to spend the $3,000 to replace my fridge. THANKS SAL!!!

      I am so pleased with my experience with Continental Appliance. Sal is incredibly kind and so patient and knowledgable. I had no interest in repairing my range hood again. Sal was on the job! In the process of fixing the known issue we identified another and Sal was kind, allowing me to run out to the hardware store to find a replacement and did not charge me for the extra time. I will call them again for any of my appliance needs with out hesitation

      I had the BEST experience with Sal. He is knowledgeable and takes the time explaining the problem. He came and fixed my freezer all in one visit. He will be my first call for appliance issues

      After three attempts at repair by technicians send by retailer for stove that was under warranty, the igniters kept breaking soon after they were repaired. I was referred to Continental Appliance who ordered parts and fixed my burner igniters, and fixed glass door to my oven which had fallen apart. Sal came back the fix everything and took his time to do it right. The fee was very reasonable considering all the time he took to fix everything

      I have had my second appliance repair completed by Continental Appliance Co. The first was a warranty call for my SpeedQueen washer in 2019. This time there was no warranty, I paid for the parts and service, and it was also a great experience. Responsive, and after a site visit to our home in the East Bay to confirm the parts, they quickly ordered the parts needed. This time it was to replace our 11 year old KitchenAid refrigerator door gaskets. The parts were received in only a few days and Sal and assistant were in my home 30 minutes after a call to confirm the arrival. Work was done in 45 minutes. Sal double and triple-checked the the door gasket was fitted and sealing correctly before the job was completed. A+ Service, again.

      BTW, during the site visit I asked Sal about replacing the door 'flapper' (he called it- the flap that closes between the refr. doors) since it was not working. I could only open the right door and then the left. Rather than sell me and install a new one he showed me how to lubricate it and now it works like new!

      I will call them again should another appliance fail or need service...
      I have been pleased with Continental Appliance. They are good at what they do.

      I called them up looking for a part for a dryer, they said they didn't sell individual parts. But lady on the phone was very helpful and directed me to the closest parts store. Sounds like a place you would want to do business with.

      I've been working with this company for about 2 years now. I ran a property of 196 units and we had many refrigerator issues. Sal has help us diagnose many of our appliance issues. He is very honest, he will tell us how much he would charge for part and labor, he then will tell us where else we can get the part (for cheaper) and he can install it and or many times he has even taught my maintenance team on how to fixing it and finally he will even tell us that the cost of the repair is greater than a replacement. I don't know many vendors that will do that, given they can loose clients. I can see that Sal loves what he does and he takes joy in sharing his knowledge.

      I've continued to use their services for dishwasher, fridge and oven repairs.

      There is a service charge for his trip, I believe it's worth it from the outstanding and lasting service he provides. Many thanks!- Property Manger Candlestick Heights JSCO
