Mother is in her late 80s and requires a fair amount of assistance. crawlspace clean went above and beyond with respect to my mother.

we had a bit of a snafu at the end of our understood work scope. crawlspace worked with us closely to make sure this issue was resolved.

I am sure that all of us have noticed the drop in customer service over the last few years. I am so happy to report that crawlspace clean still maintains the level of customer service that we all want and so rarely get these days. these guys were fantastic.

Crawlspace Clean started with a quick response. Carlos and Kevin Showed up and completed a crawlspace barrier the same day. They were very professional and left no extra mess. I would recommend them for good work for a fair amount.

Crawlspace Clean expertly cleaned my crawlspace, which had become contaminated by rodents despite having a vapor barrier installed years ago by a different company. Bob and Matt were responsive to my inquiries, as was their partner, Alan from California Rodent Solutions. Jacob and his team were highly professional, arriving on time as scheduled.

We contracted with Crawlspace Clean for old insulation removal, disinfecting, and clean-up. They were in and out in about two partial days, and did a great job of covering ingress/egress with plastic sheeting.

If you have any doubts about the cost vs. the work and time needed, consider whether you'd want to be down in confined space in full PPE for several days.

Bob, Scott and Jacob were very professional. I had a roof rodent issue in which the rats could access the kitchen on a regular basis. I saw droppings in the furnace area, counters, cabinets and other common areas. The pests were also present in the crawlspace underneath the home. Once i hired crawlspace clean they removed the contaminated insulation that was in the attic. They did a spray in the attic and crawlspace under the house. Traps were set and entrances to the home from outside were excluded. Then new blown in insulation was put in place. After a few weeks passed by i mentioned that i never got the photos for the crawlspace, jacob was nice enough to go come back around to take photos for me. great value! He even removed the weird plant looking item underneath the house and insulated the opening above the furnace in closet to the attic (which was a big opening)!

Scott came out and performed a thorough inspection of the space, detailed what would need to be done, sent a complete and comprehensive estimate.

Very professional across the board, very responsive and knowledgeable. When you have to deal with a bummer situation like a crawlspace these guys are great at getting you on with your life.

Our house had improperly installed insulation and rodent proofing. Heavy rains flooded the crawl space and our home smelled of wet rat. They came in and remediated the main issue and did rodent proofing around our home. A couple years and counting and we have been very happy with the results.

We had a large crew in our home over a 4 day period. The crew did a great job, very efficient and of high quality. They also cleaned up really well, were mindful of keeping doors closed as we have pets. It was a large job and we highly recommend this business.

We were starting a home renovation and needed to have the old blown in insulation removed and then reinstalled months later after our project was complete. One call to Bob is all it took to set up a visit for an estimate. Scott came out and gave us a price and we scheduled the work. The blown in stuff was removed on January 10th and after the two guys finished you couldn't tell that there was ever any insulation present. When we reinstalled on May 3rd., we ended up switching to R38 batts instead of blown in which was no problem for them and only a slight up charge for us. Francisco, Kevin and Juan did a great job on both ends of the project. They were polite, they were efficient, and they protected and throughly cleaned up the job site.
