I'm so glad that the CVS was right there because I needed some things and I got them.
The service was great they were like three people asking me what do I need and we used the self check out so it was fast and I found everything I needed and more.
Prices were great as usual.Helpful 10Thanks 0Love this 11Oh no 0 - L L.Brooklyn, Brooklyn, NY186185781Jan 31, 2024
Pretty cool C.V.S, located right near the World Trade Center area and not too far from Century 21 department store too, I was in there around 2:40 a.m., Because we had an early face visual technology meeting in the area, Ahead of the European Time zone Difference and we was in New York and we was playing catch up with there timezone for the meeting, Anyhow I stop at Joe pizza across the street there open until 3 a.m. got me two pepperoni pizza then across the street to c.v.s pharmacy to get some snacks, etc stuff, I was having issues paying at the kiosk machine and the security guard was really helpful, he helps me at the computer kiosks machine/ Cashier. I love his accent he told me he was from Haiti, anyhow. after I left the c.v.s, I didn't realize I left my Bank debit card there two hours later I was going through my bag and my Louis Vuitton wallet, but I didn't find it. I called this c.v.s location and nobody picked up the phone, so after 6:30 a.m. before I went home I stopped by the c.v.s and thanked god the security guard was still there and he called the late-night manager (Vladimir) I think he was the manager, morals of the story he asked me my name, and he looks at the card and I realize that the name I told him and he gave me back my debit bank card in my hands, I really can be careless sometimes ;( Thanks Vladimir and thanks to the security guard ..... I should get the security guard's name ....darn it !!!!!
P.S. There open 24/7 in the Lower Manhattan area !!!!

This place has what you need.
Make sure you take a paper receipt and ask for Lissette. She will ensure you get the most bang for your buckHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Christine H.PECK SLIP, NY301210Oct 29, 2023Updated review
incompetent. once again I received a txt my prescriptions were ready. once again i call to check. once again they cannot be filled for 3 more days. once again I asked why I received a txt they were ready. once again the answer was " I don't know".
every month it's another issue with cvs at 129 Fulton St.
go somewhere else. customer service is rude. in fact they said" so go somewhere else". that's how much they care about clients.
one hand doesn't know what the other is doing which is a sign of bad management.
I've had every problem from going to pick up my rx and being told it's on back order for 2 months ( no call to inform me of that) to being given someone else prescriptions .
avoid this cvs at all costs .Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jul 5, 2023Previous review129 Fulton St NYC. Shockingly incompetent pharmacy. Everyone there should be fired. This review is not due to a one time problem but the general way they do business. If your rx is not available or on back order don't expect a courtesy call.your doctor might get one. Maybe. Probably not. If you are waiting for a delivery cause you are too sick to go out prepare for a 12 hr vigil and an incomplete order. If one of your rx happens to be a controlled substance expect CVS to decide whats best for you, not your doctor, and for CVS to treat you like a junkie by either refusing to fill or deliver your rx claiming " it's not time", even if it's past the 30 day time. expect a rude arrogant and ill informed pharmacist to answer you when you ask what the problem is. Expect 36 plus minute hold times, then to be disconnected. Don't ask to speak to a manager, apparently none work there. The App is not user friendly and gives conflicting information, as do txt updates, on the status of your prescriptions. I could continue with this rant but I'm too sick. I would have felt better had cvs shown up with my medication by 8PM after I called and was told by the pharmacist the medicine was out for delivery at 8 AM.
Go anywhere but cvs. They are condescending and rude to patients. They second guess your doctor's prescriptions when it is not their place unless something is wrong with the way it's written or it's contraindicated for some reason. As professionals they should then call the prescribing physician rather than ignore the whole thing or behave shamelessly to the patient . They lie just to get you off the phone. 10 pharmacists will give you ten different rx explanations, all of them wrong. The APP is a joke. Calling them is worse still.
store security is evil eyed & awful. i have low vision so have to look closely at the shelves and it takes a while to read labels. i was being obviously followed by an anti theft SWAT team , if even I could see them, for my clearly criminal behavior. Avoid this CVS if you are disabled in any way. they think you are stealing - Joseph D.New York, NY01Mar 14, 2024Updated review
Today I arrived at 1:40 to pick up my prescription. Well, they close from 1:30 to 2:00 so I had to stand for 20 minutes (with 8 other people) waiting for the gate to open. The workers were NOT at lunch--they were just milling around. Plus the prices are outrageous--milk at 4.69 and orange juice at 6.49 is almost double what you'd pay at most stores.
Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jan 10, 2024Previous reviewCVS is convenient and the workers are helpful. My problem is that I always seem to go to pick up my prescriptions when the pharmacy is closed for lunch. Why does it have to be closed? Can't you stagger the lunch times? Remember that people picking up prescriptions are the very people who shouldn't be kept waiting on line. I don't know of any other retail store/pharmacy that closes during mid-day so that everyone can have lunch at the same time. It just does not make sense and it's certainly not user-friendly!

If you need a cvs just go to the one on Broadway a few blocks away with two floors.

I'm not the biggest fan of CVS in the city, but I have to say that the friendly staff here makes up for it. I unfortunately didn't catch their names, but the other day I went early in the morning to pick up some nail base coat which looked to be out of stock. I didn't even ask for help before an employee ask me to point out exactly what was the product I was there for. Another employee joined the conversation and told me she had seen it in the most recent shipment boxes. I told her I could come back later for it, but she told me not to worry, that she would retrieve it for me. It really was the initiative they both took to help me out that I really appreciated.
Also, I love how nice everyone is every time I go to this location. Products go out of stock constantly, I mean, it's nyc... which can get very frustrating. So I truly admire how the staff here is always able to give you the best service possible under not the most ideal circumstances.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Kellie O.Manhattan, NY19913741Dec 13, 2021
Pharmacy staff are consistently NOT wearing masks at all or incorrectly (below nose) at store #2716 while behind the counter. Tonight I asked to speak to the the pharmacist, Alexandra Spektor, who told me the policy had changed so many times and that they did not have to wear masks while counting medicine because they did it on a tray. She then proceeded to tell me that before Covid no one wore masks to count medicine... Obviously no care to proper standard in medical care which is appalling. Pharmacist never asked individual's to pull up their masks and was incredibly dismissive. Avoid at all costs.
