CJ was very responsive and stopped by to examine my broken dishwasher. He arrived right on time (actually, a few minutes early).

He showed a lot of expertise and seems to really enjoy what he does. I liked how willing he was to answer my questions. He was very honest and friendly and gave me good advice.

If I ever need appliance repair, I'll be calling him.

One thing is that I wish he was more willing to text instead of use Yelp messaging, which is super buggy for me.

Good service, came out and checked our washer , determined it needed a new part picked part up next day and came by and finished job, washer works great. Gave us advise on loading washer as to not cause need for additional repair.
