I had a clogged shower drain and called discount plumbing. They were able to accomodate me the same day with Elmer the technicial coming shortly after making an appointment. He was professional and knowleadge and fixed the issue on the spot. I was very satisfied with the work and the experience.

We had multiple issues: a failed water heater and a clogged drain pipe. Michael R. was fast, listened to our problems thoroughly and stayed late until we were fully fixed. I genuinely didn't expect such follow through and speed. I would have thought it was a multi-day job. Our hot water is flowing again

Requested service the morning off and Carlos showed up in a couple of hours. Not only did he fix the problem but identified the root cause and fixed that as well! Quality work done in a timely fashion.

DPR contacted me quick once I posted on Yelp that I needed my sink serviced. I had gotten two other companies to do the service for an unreasonable price for extra work that I didn't need.
Kevin came over quickly and explained what the sink needed and how much it was going to be. Which was super comforting. He even explained further what was going to be replaced. And left with my sink and garbage disposal working better than before! I'd give these guys a 10/10 if I could! I highly recommend Discount Plumber!

The service was good. I only gave 3 stars because they charged me $535 (and that was after the $50 coupon) to clear a partially clogged shower drain. It is an extreme amount especially given the name of this company. Definitely not "discount".

Efrain, the technician who came to help us, was very knowledgeable. Once we described the issue he knew exactly what (and where) the problem was and how to fix it. We are very satisfied.

He also give a us a history of the plumbing in our old house which was very interesting to find out.
