Divine Electric and Plumbing

Another happy customer. Chris Ramirez was here today and installed two new light fixtures and a ceiling fan w/light. Chris was friendly, professional, considerate, and an expert. He did the work efficiently and it all worked, no problems, including assembly of the ceiling fan.
I didn't know what fixtures to buy, I went with Chris' recommendations, and they look and work great.
I asked him about adding dimmer switches, and he explained my options and costs. He also told me about the quality of the existing wiring in the room with the ceiling fan, and whether we could set it up to engage from the light switch.
I'm still considering an upgrade to my electrical panel that would enable me to get a battery storage unit they can supply/install (no solar panels or gas required!), and would also likely support a hot tub. Probably a 2025 project and I would ask Chris and Divine Electric to do it for me. Highly recommended.

Great service. Quick, competent, and helpful in explanation

We had Divine Electric install our EV charger, including a new circuit box. It was a long process because it required the local utility company whose schedule was off the rails. So it took 3 months. The EV charger they installed was a lesser quality brand (Juicebox, with the first one dying after a few weeks) but all in all, they did a good job and were very easy to work with.

When we had a struck drain that we couldn't home repair, we thought we'd try their new plumbing business. They gave us a 90-minute window, starting just 2 afters after we called. They came by towards the end of the window (with a call letting us know that was going to happen) and were in and out in less than an hour.

Usually, plumbers charge an hour minimum. Divine didn't. Since they had the needed tool, an electric snake, it was an easy fix for them. No hard sell. He just got the drain unclogged ... for $29!

One small issue that cost them a star; tonight I went to pull out the hand spray and it didn't come out. It turns out the plumber looped the hose around the pipes under the sink. I'll have to disconnect everything under the sink to reroute the hose.

But ya know...for $30, it's a comical screwup. They are now our plumbers. And electricians.

What a wonderful experience with both Paul and Luis. Personal, thorough, respectful and onboard to helping my husband and I understand the job. Replacing an electrical panel that was at least 50 years old, in deep heat and with a few challenges, but letting us know it was all handled. And it was. So pleased with their work! You would be lucky to have them do your work!

I called Devine Electric last week on the recommendation of a neighbor for the installation of 2 ceiling fans, replacement of 2 sconces in the yard, and replacement of 4 ceiling LED trims. The service technician, Chris, came out the next day to discuss the job and review all of my options. He even helped me pick out ceiling fans!! Juan and Luis came today to do the work. They were both incredibly kind and professional, making sure I was satisfied with everything they did. All of the work areas were spotless when they finished. These 2 young, hardworking men, far exceeded my expectations. I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience and will not hesitate to recommend Devine Electric to anyone looking for an electrician, and Juan and Luis in particular! 5 stars!!!!!

Divine Electric is very customer centric! The owner and the staff and the master electricians and the people that work with them are very skilled and are very patient in explaining technical electrical details to the customer. It was very obvious that they wanted to make sure that I was 1000% satisfied with the work prior to calling the work complete. You can hire this company with confidence based on my experience.

I had an excellent experience with both of my installers, Cameron and Alvero. They arrived on time, made scheduling adjustments to cooperate with my medical disabilities. Both gentleman had a very nice vibe (or demeanor if you prefer.) I also have pleasant conversations in preparation for the install with both Jake and Hannah.
Although I am not knowledgeable enough to assess their technical skills, I observe them communicating well together, when they encountered unexpected pipes in my wall and problem solved together to arrive at the best wiring. Cameron was especially patient as they went over the breaker switches with him and taught me something. I never knew before about the position of the switches. Yes, I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

I used Divine Electric to upgrade our panel to Span, and run some garage circuits for EV and plugs. We are also having them upgrade our home Service from 100A to 320A to account for future electric demand. They recommended since the process to upgrade the underground home service with PG&E is a lengthy process we should do the Span panel now which will allow us to be flexible with larger demand circuits like EV or HVAC units. I thought that was a good recommendation and decided to do everything bundled together to save a bit of money.

We had Felix and Michael for our 1st stage of the project. They did excellent work, were very thorough, and they communicated well throughout the project to manage expectations and let me provide input on location preferences that came up. The job is a big job but they worked hard each day and were punctual. I can't ask for anything better and would recommend Divine Electric so far. When PG&E approves the new service (can take 6-8 months or more I've heard) we will be having Divine Electric come back to finish stage 2.

Electrical work these days isn't cheap but I've been happy with the value I received. Nice job Felix and Michael! They know their craft and are conscientious guys.

We have used Divine for years now, for both plumbing and electric. Just had them put our EV charger in. Requested hole be placed so can pull the nozzle in and out of garage. They made requested hole and will be able to fill easily once part comes. Estalin was amazingly fast and efficient, finishing in a little over 2 hours. Very professional.

Just had Niles install a smart water shut-off value and pressure regulator on our main water valve. It was a fantastic overall experience. That guy is awesome. Super knowledgeable, helpful and a great communicator. Request him specifically.
