Dolcini Plumbing

I just had Jared at my house for a double basin stoppage. When he went to clear the stoppage he found a broken pipe in the wall. His showed me the break where it was broken and how it was broken. He cleared the stoppage and repaired the broken portion of the drain pipe. He has my plumbing running as good as new. Jared is courteous, on time and polite. He is an excellent serviceman. He consulted with me before doing anything and saved me money. You need a plumber, call Dolcini Plumbing.

I have been using Dolcini Plumbing for over 20 years & can't believe I have yet to give them a review. My drainage was backing up regularly & they came up w/ the idea to notify me annually to remind me to have the line cleared to prevent this rather than have my shower & tub clog once a year & it works brilliantly. Since the trap they need to access is outdoors, they can arrange to do the job while I'm @ work & trust me to pay by billing me.

They're careful to explain what the problems are in a way I can understand, get me help quickly, and I trust them in my home.

We had used Dolcini twice years ago. Once was to snake our toilet at our previous home and we were extremly happy and that is why I called again. I had them out a while ago for a noise in the pipes which I thought was related to the toilet clogging that week.
The noise was insignificant and when I asked if they would snake the toilet they told me they would have to remove the toilet and take it out of the room. I assume since I have never known of a toilet having to be removed to snake they actually didn't want to work. I still wrote the approximately $200.00 check for dropping by, felt ripped-off and they left.

My garbage disposal had clogged and I had tried everything I knew to fix it.I called Dolcini Plumbing the next morning and had a new disposal installed within 3 hours--amazing. Jared was efficient, professional, and responsive to my requests. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.

Jared did an excellent job replacing our toilet but I'd also like to thank their dispatcher who got us in on Friday when I just called on Thursday. Would definitely recommend

I had a great experience with Dolcini Plumbing. They were honest and knowledgeable. Jason is great. Very professional and courteous. Our water heater was failing us. Jason informed me it was under a recall. I mention this because he could have just fixed it and moved on to the next customer. Instead he gave me the chance to go through the recall repair and save some money. I appreciate the honesty and great customer service.

I walked out in the garage to find hot hot hot steaming water spewing out of the TPR valve on my water heater during my lunch break (hurray for working at home!). I called Dolcini and got there answering machine since they close for lunch. However, at 1:20 I got a call back and they were able to get me on the schedule for the next day (since it was a bit of mess in my garage) and said they'd see if anyone finished early and could still come by today. Thankfully Jared was able to come by and quickly confirmed it was a bad TPR valve and replaced it.
He was patient with my MANY questions and made sure I was comfortable with the repair before he left. It took maybe an hour?

My old landlord had told me to use Dolcini, so with this first plumbing issue in my own home, I knew who to call and I am pleased with the outcome.

Discovered I had a leak in the piping under my house recently and was referred to Dolcini Plumbing. It was an urgent situation and they were able to get someone out first thing the very next morning! Scheduling was very easy and the person I talked to was very helpful and friendly. Just as they said they would, they called exactly 15 minutes before arriving, and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time as well. They were able to fix my problem in a much shorter amount of time than I was expecting and also for much less than I was anticipating. I am tremendously relieved that the problem was resolved quickly and I have my water back on again and we were able to prevent future damage or issues from the leaking pipe. Can't say enough good things about Dolcini Plumbing, they did a stellar job and it was an outstanding experience! Will absolutely use them again and refer to others!

They do the job right, and you can depend of them to get it done right and on time. My only complaint, if you will, is the per hour labor charge of $160. But, they don't waste their time and focus on the job itself. We have used Dolcini many times in our 25 years in Petaluma.

I would recommend Dolcini for all plumbing needs. You can tell by all the wonderful reviews (minus a few sour pusses) as it will be a happy experience.

Dolcini Plumbing is a great company. I emailed late Monday night because of a leaking outdoor faucet that I could not turn off. Jared was
out the next morning and replaced pipes and capped an old line. In the same email I mentioned an upstairs toilet that needed to be checked, he came Thursday for that.

Every time we need them, they come and fix our problems---garbage disposal, toilet issues, hot water replacement, faucet replacements in the bathroom and shower head. Since they are local, honest, and efficient, if we need a recommendation for another person in the trades, we always check with them first.
