Great service, great driver his name was Mike. Very professional, easy going and accommodating.
Talked with Nico and he was really easy to book and confirm everything.
Bus was clean, nice comfortable seating and big enough we got the 20-24 seating bus.

We reached out to Epic Limousine for a party event and from the very beginning, they were extremely easy to work with! The company is very thorough with their reservations, so you know exactly what vehicle you're getting and all the driver info prior to the event.

Our driver Michael was amazing! He called earlier in the day to go over the itinerary, and when he came to pick us up, he took care of all the details (helping set up music, head count, and bottled waters!) - we knew we were going to have a great time. Thank you Michael!

Epic limousines is super responsive and very easy to work with. We were looking book a last minute party bus for a wedding drop off (we were submitting requests on Friday night for Saturday afternoon). I submitted an inquiry and got a quote in less than 15 minutes. They also had very competitive pricing. We got everything finalized and paid within 45 minutes. Communication with the driver for pick-ups and drop-offs was very easy and our driver Derrick was awesome. Bus was also modern and clean. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with my experience at Epic Limousine and our driver Michael P! First off, I was throwing my mom a surprise party and he was so communicative he called me beforehand to go over the itinerary. I told him the situation and he was sooo accommodating the entire time! Such a nice guy, then he came right on time to pick us up with some water and champagne, and it was a long drive since it was up to Napa Valley to the winery. Michael was a trooper and we told him we had to use the bathroom so we were even able to stop for that and some snacks. Then we got to the winery and he was so patient and was letting me know about timing which was a good reminder for me since I'm forgetful. I'll have to say 10/10 experience and would definitely do it again!! Thank you Michael :)

Great experience and 100% recommend! I inquired on Yelp and that process was so easy and quick. I booked online and it was also very easy. Our driver was so attentive, polite and made sure we had the perfect day, keeping us on schedule

I recently celebrated a birthday and wanted to rent a limo with a group of friends. It was very much a last minute idea. So I sent a few inquiries to a number of local Bay Area limo companies with "good reviews". The responses I received were either short and dismissive (guessing it's because it was a last minute inquiry‍) or completely outrageous quoted rates. I was looking for a two hour ride staying within SF. One guy quoted a "flat rate" of over $1,000 ‍.

Anyways, fast forward to getting a response from Ben of Epic the morning of. He was incredibly professional and honest. And the rate was more than doable! He even gave me an added hour as a birthday gift!!! The vehicle was a Sprinter able to fit about 8 of us. Sam was our driver and he was amazing and prompt! The reviews for Epic are not an exaggeration. They are AMAZING! They have a loyal customer in me now. Thank you for making my birthday extra special!!!!

Used Epic Limousine to get to the Renaissance World Tour last night at Levi's Stadium and the service was fantastic! Steven was our driver and he was super friendly and professional and just a cool dude. Such a fun way to get to a concert, I highly recommend!

We had a phenomenal experience using Epic Limousine, taking 22 people from the peninsula to Chase Center (San Francisco) for a concert. They were extremely responsive and flexible with scheduling options to accommodate a couple of timing changes, and our driver Michael P was top notch and a great guy. Came early, left on time, communicated with me throughout the event and made pick up and drop off seamless. The bus was spotless and allowed us to stream our own music and enjoy the ride. Epic took all the stress of logistics off the table and we had a blast!!

This was a pretty poor experience. There was little to no customer service, although I had gone out of my way to be kind, friendly, and considerate of the driver. We ended up ending our chartered trip earlier than we paid for, since the driver told me we cannot go up big hills... in SF.
