Brian L.Vancouver, Canada03312Feb 10, 2024These types of car washes are few in Vancouver, so I get why people seem to love it. Theyre much better than typical drive-through gas station washes.
However, Ive used these for years in the USA. Overall wash quality is what I would expect. It'll never be as good as a hand wash, but its also a lot cheaper and faster. And so far I have not noticed any damage to my car.
But their prices are expensive. If you go for a single wash, they charge you extra for the self-serve vacuum and mat cleaner. This should be included free.
They are only free, if you buy their monthly plan. If you want to do this, then sure, but you need to wash at least 3x per mo to make it worthwhile. For some reason their website now only lets you subscribe to the monthly top tier plan which is super pricey though.
Location is pretty convenient and easy to get to.
The place itself is a little cramped. You have to make a really sharp turn right before you get to the wash tunnel, so I imagine some longer vehicles may have trouble.
If they throw in free vacuum with each individual wash, then they deserve 4 stars. 5 stars is only if the washes are perfect, and it never will be.
As-is, they are a solid 3 star car wash.

Hi Brian, thanks for the comments and review. We do offer free vacuums for Unlimited Express Auto Wash Club members. Our prices are competitive with other car wash locations in the lower mainland, and our wash equipment is the most advanced and eco-friendly are indeed much better than typical drive-through gas station washes. As you noted, 5 stars is only if the washes are perfect, and it never be as good as a hand wash, but it is also a lot cheaper and faster. You could spend an hour washing your car by hand or come in for a convenient 3-minute car wash that leaves your car sparkling like it's brand new.

They increase the vacuum price again! It was free last year, then $4 / session then now $6!!!!

Hi DS, thank you for your comments. When we initially opened last year, we offered free vacuums. Since then as usage increased it created a huge line up that frustrated our members. We still offer free vacuums for Unlimited Express Auto Wash Club members. If you are not a member, you can still use the vacuums an do not need to go through the car wash to use the service.

Great little car wash. Many price and service options. We went with the basic to wash the road salt off our car following all the snow in Vancouver. Great value. Just under $12 for a good basic wash. Cool light features. Friendly and helpful staff. Automated and did a great job on our car.
