Ray R.Round Rock, TX02Sep 19, 2018First to ReviewWe used an Express Parking Valet at 1475 Polk in front of Crustacean restaurant on Sunday night. The valet took my $20, and we went inside to eat. Unbeknownst to us he actually parked the car at the meter across Polk street. We were traveling and having our last dinner on the way to the airport so all of our luggage was in the car. We had a window smashed and my wife's laptop bag was stolen. When we asked the attendant said he would call his boss and get back to us. He claimed his boss said that they would pay for the damaged window, but it's been three days and they have yet to return a call. These guys are the worst. I would suggest never using them as a valet as they don't stand behind their business. They won't make anything right, shirk responsibility, and steal money from you. 0/10 would never use again.
